Abstract: This research aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance and job stress on employee performance through work happiness as an intervening variable at PT Formcase Idustries. As for the subject of this research were all employees of the production division of PT Formcase Industries, totaling 125 respondents. This research uses SPSS 24.0 software with path analysis as an analysis technique.
Based on research that has been conducted on employees at PT Formcase Industries, the result show that the work-life balance variable has no effect on work happiness, work happiness has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work-life balance has no effect on employee.....
