Abstract: We are living in the age of high information and communication technology with long-standing problems of improving human health in healthcare systems" [Bashshur and Shannon, 2009]
There have been several studies that looked at the link between personality traits and mental health, but this report focuses on a particular study that was done during the pandemic by various psychologists around the world such as Godze Ikizer, Kowal Marta and others.
These findings were published in the digital database PubMed Central, a free archive of biomedical and life science journal literature at the US National institutes of Health National Library of Medicine. A remarkable factor that was observed in this study

Abstract: Peptic ulcer perforation is relatively common and most of the time patients will present to the emergency department with features of Perforative peritonitis. Aggressive management needed for the survival of patient. Early diagnosis and management favours the patient and gives good prognosis. The aim of this study is know the presence of H.pylori in patients with perforated peptic ulcer by using RUT and GIEMSA staining. Objectives includes relationship between peptic ulcer and H pylori, etiological and risk factors. This research is a prospective study conducted in Government.....

Abstract: Background: Late-onset epilepsies are always suspicious and often pose the problem of their etiology. It is an epileptic disease whose first epileptic seizure begins from the age of 25 years. The objective of our study was to determine neuroimaging findings in Algerian patients with late epilepsy. Materials and Methods: The study population includes all Algerian patients whose age of onset of the first seizure is 25 years or more, recruited during the period from January 2008 to December 2016 at ALI AIT IDIR Hospital in Algiers. Results: 336 patients with late epilepsy seen between 2008 and 2016. Neuroimaging (CT, MRI, angiography) is pathological in 59%....

Abstract: Objective - To predict the success of TOLAC in patients with previous LSCS in a tertiary care hospital in north India. Background - As a result of improvements in obstetric care, vaginal birth after Caesarean section (VBAC) is recommended as a relatively safe way of decreasing the ever rising rate of Caesarean delivery globally. It is associated with fewer risks, requires less anaesthesia, poses a lower potential for postpartum morbidity, involves a shorter hospital stay, is more affordable, and encourages earlier and better bonding between mother and infant. Methodology - This is a prospective interventional study, in which 400 patients were enrolled . 30 patients were lost to follow up......

Abstract: Purpose: Conventional heat cure denture bases made of heat cure PMMA are the most used denture base material. It is aesthetically pleasing, economic, easily fabricated, repaired and is dimensionally stable in the oral conditions. Fracture of denture base made of PMMA is one of the most common problems. Strengthening by fiber reinforcements in the denture base material is based on the principle that polymer matrix is fully capable of transferring an applied load to fibres via shear forces at the interface. The purpose of this study was to evaluate and compare the flexural strength of woven carbon fiber reinforced and woven glass fiber reinforced heat cure pmma with that of the conventional pmma......

Abstract: Chronic and recurrent abdominal pain is a common problem faced by the medical specialist. It leads to physical and psychological disability in a person. Chronic abdominal pain is a major cause of surgical dilemma. Patients with chronic abdominal pain usually undergo a battery of investigations without yielding much in diagnosis. Tuberculosis (TB) is prevalent all over the world especially in under-developed countries. Because of its diverse manifestations, difficult diagnosis, widespread complications, prolonged morbidity and increased mortality the study of this disease becomes even more important. We aim to study the prevalence of abdominal tuberculosis in patients with chronic abdominal pain........

Abstract: The use of Nasolabial flap (NLF) to reconstruct orofacial soft tissue defects is one of the oldest methods for reconstruction in the medical literature. The nasolabial flap was described 170 years ago and remains one of the most frequently used methods in facial reconstruction. This technically easy and maximally effective procedure has become a real workhorse and an integral instrument for every plastic surgeon. Despite the widespread use of this invaluable flap, there are still controversies over the terms used for the description of this flap. This article provides a description of anatomy, flap design, blood supply, NLF composition, flap motion, reconstructed area, and donor site morbidity.

Abstract: Optic nerve head drusen (ONHD) are uncommon, usually asymptomatic acellular calcific deposits in the optic nerve head. They are thought to occur in genetically predisposed individuals as by-products of impaired axonal metabolism due to a narrow scleral canal. They are commonly incidentally detected on routine ophthalmic examination and are generally non progressive. Here we present a case report of a 16 year old male who came to us with diminution of vision in both eyes since 1 year and was diagnosed to have keratoconus. Fundus examination showed blurring and elevation of both optic disc margins. Suspecting papilledema, MRI brain was done and found to be normal. Further tests confirmed the diagnosis of bilateral optic nerve head drusen.

Abstract: Background: Anemia is a significant public health concern worldwide, particularly among adolescents. This study aimed to assess the prevalence of iron deficiency anemia and vitamin B12 deficiency anemia among school-going adolescents in Thiruvallur district, Tamil Nadu. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 1,000 adolescents aged 10-19 years from schools in Thiruvallur district. Hemoglobin levels, serum iron, ferritin, and vitamin B12 levels were measured. Anemia was defined using the World Health Organization (WHO) criteria. Data were analyzed using appropriate statistical tests..
