Learning media will have a maximum effect on learningoutcomes if itis in accordance with user needs. Abstract: This paper investigates the variables employed for effective supervision of instruction for quality secondary education in Cross River state, Nigeria. The descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. Two research questions and one null hypotheses, tested at 0.05 level of significance guided the study. The study population comprised 6,285 respondents, made up of 346 supervisors, 828 principals and 5,124 teachers. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find and to analyze the character education values in the book "After Dark Comes Bright" by Women Emancipation Hero that is R. A. Kartini. This research use qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are literature study and documentation, while data analysis techniques use critical discourse analysis techniques, namely studying, describing and explaining all the utterances in the book "After Dark Comes Bright" relating to the character education values.The results of the study showed that there were character education values in the book "After Dark Comes Bright" namely, religious, nationalism, appreciate diversity,logical thinking,critical, innovative, social and environmental concern, entrepreneur soul, and hard work,. These values were broken down so that humans, so that students and readers can live and practice the character education values for themselves. Abstract: This paper investigates administrative strategies for the, attainment of quality assurance in secondary schools in Cross River State. The design of the study employed a descriptive survey. Two research questions and two null hypotheses guided the study. The population of the study comprised 5652 respondents. The sample of the study consisted of 228 principals. Questionnaire was used as instrument for data collection tagged Administrative Strategies for Attainment of Quality Assurance in Secondary Schools Questionnaire (ASAQASSQ) . Abstract: This study analyzes the levels of specific professional training along different sectors that intervene to people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). A total of 122 participants corresponding to different groups have participated in this research: families, teachers, clinicians, caregivers and others (occupational therapists, social integrators and volunteers). The general aim is delimiting the basic relational parameters of effective specific training for implementation of programmatic processes in students with ASD. Abstract: The aim of this study is to identifyEducational requirements for the employment of (E-Learning Platforms) in the educational process from the point of view of educational supervisors,the researchers used the descriptive survey approach ( the questionnaire Design),The study was conducted on 37 students with educational supervisors from Ash SharqiyahNorth and SouthGovernorates-Oman. The findings of the study indicate that the importance of the availability of educational requirements (general, human and technical) to employ educational platforms in the educational process came with a high level. Results showed no significant differences at significant level (α≤0.05) among to the dimensions of the study due to the variables (gender, educational qualification, and experience). The study recommended the necessity of adopting the educational requirements for employing (E-Learning Platforms) by the concerned authorities in the education, communications and information technology sector to keep pace with the Fourth Industrial Revolution and to achieve the goals of sustainable development

Abstract: The study investigated conflict manifestations in secondary schools in Ebonyi State, Nigeria. Three research questions and two null hypotheses guided the study. The study adopted descriptive research design to gather detailed information from the field. The target population comprised 221 principals and 3290 teachers totaling 3511 in public secondary school in Ebonyi State. A stratified random sampling technique was used to draw a sample of 550 respondents from the three education zones of the State. An instrument titled: Conflict Manifestation in Secondary Schools (CMSS) questionnaire was developed by the researchers for data collection. The data collected were analyzed using mean (x)score statistics and standard deviation to answer the three research questions while t-test statistics were used to test the null hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance using the statistical package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20. Abstract: This research aimed to determine the validity of the module online of flipped classroom based on socioscientific issues (SSI). This research refered to the Research and Development (R&D) procedure which was carried out up to the develop preliminary form of product stage. The first stage was the research and information collecting stage consisted of literature studies and field studies. The field studies were conducted on one hundred students and thirty science teachers at ten public and private junior high schools in Bandar Lampung and Metro City using a questionnaire of needs analysis and an preliminary test of PISA science literacy skills. Abstract: This study aims to determine the validity of students' worksheets based on socioscientific issues (SSI). The method in this research used the Research and Development (R&D) method which is carried out until the initial product design development stage. The research and data collection stage includes literature studies and field studies. The field study was carried out on one hundred students and thirty science teachers in ten public and private junior high schools in Bandar Lampung and Metro City using a questionnaire needs analysis and an initial test of PISA science literacy skills.
