Abstract: This research was conducted on private teachers Medan City which aims to determine the direct effect of academic supervision conducted principals to job satisfaction and work motivation teacher performance. The sample is 144 people. Using proportional random sampling technique. The data were collected by questionnaire and observation sheet. Data analysis technique and hypothesis test using inversional analysis with path analysis approach. The results showed that there was a direct and significant influence of academic supervision of principal, job satisfaction and work motivation on teacher performance. The results of this research indicate the principal academic supervision.........

Abstract: This study aims to determine the improvement of classroom teacher's ability to implement PAIKEM learning model through the application of clinical supervision with collaborative approach in SD RK Setia Budi Medan. The sample of 10 people is determined based on purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection through interview, observation, and documentation. The results concluded: (1) In the pre cycle showed that teachers in general have not applied learning model PAIKEM. (2) In the first cycle the teacher ability scores apply the learning model.......

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine how the effectiveness of character education implementation by the management of the school in State Junior High School 39 Medan. The effectiveness referred to in this study refers to the effectiveness criteria which include: inputs, processes, results and productivity to be achieved from the implementation of character education, whereas the outcomes to be achieved from the objectives of character education training in the predetermined school management have a positive impact For students in State Junior High School 39 Medan. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the discovery learning model to students's mathematical concepts mastery seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Siborongborong academic year 2013/2014. Based on a sample population and L0 <Ltable and the students's mathematical concepts mastery L0 <Ltable at a significance level of 5% with N = 30, so that it can be concluded that the data were normally distributed. Results of regression linearity test obtained Fcount = 1.29 and Ftable = 2.55 with dk (k-2) = 6, so that Fcount <Ftable, so that there is a linear relationship between the shape of the discovery learning model to students's mathematical concepts mastery at a significance level of 5%. Abstract: The aim of this study were : to analyze if the result of students' science process skill with using inquiry training learning model better than conventional learning, to analyze if the results of science process skill of students who have high average of scientific attitude better than students who have low average of scientific attitude, to find out interaction between inquiry training learning model and scientific attitude of physics students' science process skill. This research is a quasi-experimental design with two group pretest-posttest design. Abstract: This study aims to improve the ability of productive teachers in using interactive multimedia learning media through supervision with a lesson study approach in State Vocational High School 1 Nagan Raya. This research was conducted for 2 months from May to July 2017. The subjects in this study were 6 teachers of SMK productive and one school supervisor. The design of this research is School Action Research (ACT). The researchers used the Kemmis & Mc research model. Taggart designed with cycle process. The results that can be taken is based on the results of the cycle I obtained 4 teachers (65%) who use interactive multimedia learning media categorized quite skilled.........

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of basic skill of teaching productive subject teachers through applying scientific model supervision with directive approach in State Vocational High School 1 Pasie Raja, South Aceh Regency Indonesia. The subject of this research is productive teacher subject of 5 (five) people. The research design used is a school action research conducted two cycles. In the skill of questioning the cycle I obtained an average score of 71.25 with enough value category to be an average value of 85.63 in cycle II with good value category. In the skills of reinforcement in the first cycle I get an average score of 70.00 with enough value.........

Abstract: The purpose of this study to determine how Clinical Supervision with Collaborative approach to improve the basic skills of teaching class X teachers social science classes in SMA Negeri 1 Sultan Daulat Subulussalam Municipality. The method of this research is qualitative or action research school.
