Abstract: This study aimed to: (1) describe and explain both the associative and dissociative types of social interaction engaged by Flobamora student s ojourners, and (2) describe and explain the socio-cultural adaptation and acculturation experienced by Flobamora student sojourners. A qualitative research approach was applied to develop the grounded theoretical model on social interaction, socio-cultural adaption, and acculturation engaged and experienced by Flobamora student sojourners. It is concluded that the pattern of social interactions of Flobamora student sojourners are still associated, conjunctive and functional, while their socio-cultural adaptation gradually succeed in three steps, and their acculturation is characterized by establishing the essential components of their home culture, and Enriching the instrumental components of their home culture.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of employers of NCE graduates of electrical electronics in public and private organizations with regard to the applied skills they possess in performing their assigned functions. The study was a survey design conducted among 93 employers of holders of NCEcertificates in electrical electronics technology from FCE(T) Bichi, working in public and private organizations in Kano State. Abstract: This study aims to determine the principal academic supervision of teachers and supervision of competence of high school principal supervision by school supervisors in Central Aceh district. The type of research used is descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. The analysis is done by the description of the academic supervision and supervision by the supervisor on the principal. This research was carried out in three schools of SMA Negeri 6, 10, and 12 Takengon from April to August 2017. Data collection technique used interview method, documentation study, observation. Validation is done by triangulation. Techniques Data analysis using qualitative analysis that refers to the theory of Miles and Huberman. Abstract: This study aimed to find out the effect of inquiry and advance organizer learning models on students' science process skills of respiratory system at MAN Rantauprapat. The population of this study were the entire students of grade XI-IPA MAN Rantauprapat consisting of 4 classes (XI1 about 32 students, XI2 about 35 students, XI3 about 35 students and XI4 about 35 students). The samples of the study were grade XI2 treated by using inquiry, grade XI3 treated by using advance organizer and grade XI4 treated by using conventional learning model. Abstract: The study investigated Basic Science Junior School Certificate Examination as predictor of Senior School Certificate Examination in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in Aba Metropolis of Abia State, Nigeria. Three research questions and three null hypotheses guided the study. The design of the study is correlational. A sample size of 472 students was drawn out of 3098 students from 10 schools out of 15 schools who sat for JSCE Basic Science and SSCE science subjects in 2011 and 2014 respectively through simple, stratified and purposive sampling techniques. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know the strategy of increasing the professional competence of teachers of geography subjects of Senior High School of Medan City State. The subjects of this study are high school geography teacher in the city of Medan as many as four geography teachers of State Senior High School 3 Medan and two geography teachers of State Senior High School 15 Medan. Abstract: The aim of this research is to analyze the ability of students science process which is taught by Inquiry Training Learning Method based on Multimedia which will be better than the student who is taught by using Direct Learning, and the ability of science process in the students group who have better science attitudes than the students group who have worse science attitudes, then whether it has interaction or not between Inquiry Training Learning Method based on multimedia and Direct Instruction Learning with the students scientific attitudes to the students science process ability. Abstract: The study explores the affective domain of teacher-student relationships. Here produced a synthesis of information that guides a classroom teacher in the development and maintenance of teacher relationships with their students. The resulting analysis and interpretation provided a description of major themes that developed regarding strong teacher-student relationships, as well as, specific components to the interactions considered essential for the student's learning environment. The outcome of this study is an account of experiences and procedures that guide the development and maintenance of relationships between a teacher and the students. Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the effect of learning model problem based learning on problem solving ability and critical thinking ability of the students. This research is a quasi experimental research with two group pretest posttest design. The population of this research is all students of class VIII Junior high school 2 Kotanopan. The sample selection is done by cluster random sampling that is class VIII-1 as experiment class applied problem-based learning model and class VIII-3 as control class applied conventional learning. Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the use of practicum learning model using the learning model of Project Based Learning to improve learning outcomes and students' learning interest in chemistry. This research was a quasi experimental research with two group pretes - posttest design. The study population were all students of class X SMA PAB 8 Saentis consisting of 2 classes. Samples in this study were taken in total sampling, class X IPA 1 amounted to a class of experiments using learning practicum and Project Based Learning and class X IPA 2 as a control class using conventional class teaching.
