Abstract: This study aims to determine the improvement of professional competence of history subjects teachers through Academic Supervision Artistic Model in Lubukpakam State Senior High School Deli Serdang Regency. The subject of this research is 8 of history teacher at Lubukpakam State Senior High School of Deli SerdangRegency. Subject is determined by way of purposive. The research instrument used to determine the professional competence of teachers is an interview guide addressed to the teacher. Meanwhile, to observe the academic supervision activities used observation sheet. This study used a school action research with two cycles. Abstract: This study aims to improve the ability of teachers in the writing of scientific papers via e-journal access assistance in SMK 1 Jeunieb Bireuen. The subjects were teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Jeunieb Bireuen, amounting to 5 (five), with the focus of research is the ability of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Jeunieb in the writing classroom action research (PTK). Design research is conducted action research school as much as two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. In the first cycle of the average ability of teachers in the writing classroom action research (CAR) of 77.20% with enough categories, and the teacher's ability to access e-journal of 77.20% with enough category. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know how to improve the ability of physics teachers using e-Learning application edmodo through model of clinical supervision in SMA Negeri 2 Binjai. The subjects of this study are all physics teachers SMA Negeri 2 Binjai consisting of 4 teachers. The research instrument used to determine the ability of teachers using e-learning application edmodo is test in multiple choice with 40 grains. Meanwhile, to observe the activity of clinical supervision used observation sheet. This study used a school action research with two cycles. The result of this research is teacher's ability assessment using e-learning application edmodo after done clinical supervision on cycle I belonged to enough category with value 67,5, and in cycle II pertained in good category with value 87,5. Assessment of clinical supervision activity in cycle I is very good with value 95, and in cycle II also belongs.........

Abstract: Before we understand how gold created on neutron collision , let us understand origin of earth and periodic table on Earth . It is being believed that after Fe , elements on Earth are formed by Supernova blast . But it is myth .. We are not star dust . Abstract: We live in universe "I" an infinite structure made up of Two God Particles ( mind and mass ) in form of Tachyons . These tachyons particles are found in infinite space which means void or nothing . Hence they have occupied space in which they donot move. In symmetry phase there was a infinite Tachyon structure or mass , made up of Two God Particles ( Yang B.B.B and Yin B.B.B ) static in nature interconnected with quantum entanglement present in a infinite space .
