Abstract: The role of small scale enterprise innovation and youths' empowerment in a particular community is to encourage job creation, continuous process that brings about new ideas, new product development, and the pioneering of new technologies/processes in various firms as well as promotion of entrepreneurship in the industrial sector which in turns enhances local economic growth. This study examines the impact of small scale enterprise innovation on youths' empowerment for local economic growth in Kanam L.G.A. The survey research method was adopted for this study. The population of the study was 1600. Sample size was 310 determined through National Educational Association/Krejcie-Morgan formula. The questionnaire was primarily used as a research instrument for data collection. Methods of data analysis used were linear regression model, t-test and one way ANOVA.........

Abstract: Online Shopping is a current phenomenon which has developed a great importance in the modern business environment. The evolution of online shopping has opened the door of opportunity to exploit and provide a competitive advantage over firms. Customer satisfaction is a measure of how a store meets the customer expectations. The purpose of thisresearch is to examine the consequences of customersatisfaction i.e. customer behavioural outcomes. Primary data was collected by means of convenience sampling and around 204 responses were observed onto which percentage method, chi-square test and linear regression have been carried out by using with SPSS Version 21.Results indicate that loyalty, repurchase intension, word of mouth, reduced complaint behaviour and price.........

Abstract: Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out the financial literacy in Uttar Pradesh in pre financial inclusion scenario and to make a comparison of Financial Literacy level of Uttar Pradesh with other states in the central zone. The paper provides the overview of the important constituents of Financial Literacy and the role of Financial Literacy in Indian context. Abstract: Organizations have always been focused on the level of job engagement and Job Satisfaction of their employees to understand the underlying factors of employee motivation and performance. There are many studies related to job satisfaction that are explaining the concept, its' dimensions, antecedents and consequences). However, there are not many studies on job engagement and satisfaction of sport facility employees in Turkey. Thus, the current study aimed to determine the dimensions related to job engagement and job satisfaction in sport management area. Results indicate that job engagement could be conceptualized in three dimensions like the other areas as "emotional engagement, cognitive engagement and physical engagement". However, in terms of job satisfaction it is different. Two factors revealed and termed as "psychological satisfaction and relational satisfaction" in sport facilities unlike the other organizations. Abstract: The obtained statistics shows that 65% of the teaching activities are conducted by faculty members and up to 67,7% of the total numbers of teaching staffs serve as faculty members. These significant roles of faculty members in the operational activities have drived the research to take these faculty members as the object of the research. This research focuses on the effect of compensation, organizational culture, and leadership on the work motivation of the faculty members at North Jakarta. Questionnaireis used as a tool to collect data. The estimated numbers of sample are 400 faculty members. The data set is analyzed with SEM(Structural Equation Model). The research findings are compensation, organizational culture, and leadership have a positive impact in increasing the motivation of faculty members at North Jakarta both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract: Modern technology and accounting are interconnected with each other. Nowadays, modern technology is a part and parcel of accounting. In this research, the relationship between modern technology and accounting were evaluated to show the satisfaction level of employees in their respective fields towards using modern technology. During data collection, 75 respondents were taken as sample from huge population and it was confined within the northern part of Bangladesh. The result revealed that 84% respondents were habituated with using modern accounting technology. Among them 52% respondents said they are satisfied, 36% respondents said they are highly satisfied, 6.67% respondents are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, 4% respondents said they are dissatisfied..........

Abstract: Stock, in the general sense, refers to the ownership of a person in a company. As the concept of trading between countries increased, with globalization, the concept of stock exchange came into being. As businesses began to grow, the need for more capital, led to the owners trying to raise funds from the general public, in return of ownership in the company, according to the value of the shares they owned i.e. the money they invested. Abstract: The approach in this study is an explanatory research that is used to describe the effect of the Islamic leadership and emotional intelligence on morale and performance employees. 91 employees at the Faculty of Faculty of Faculty of Education & Teacher Training and Faculty of Science & Technology of the Alauddin State Islamic University of Makassar as a sample. Hypothesis testing is done using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the WaphPLS Ver. 5.0 as research equipment.
