Abstract: Changes in the environment of any institution, founded for religious, educational, professional, or social purpose, are unlikely to succeed as 'separated closed' institutions that are unresponsive to their environment and stakeholders. Stakeholder analysis is considered as an important part of institutional management. Institutions have to take care of key stakeholder groups and build long term relationships with them. Stakeholder management is essentially stakeholder relationship management as it is the relationship and not the actual stakeholder groups that are managed. This paper focuses on the stakeholder analysis and adopts the 'stake-holder theory' and analysis for the needs of stakeholder management in privately owned institutions and public institutions...............

Abstract: In-house refers to conducting an activity or operation within a company, instead of relying on outsourcing. A firm uses its own employees and time to keep a division or business activity, such as financing or brokering, in-house. An in-house operation is an activity performed within the same business, using the company's assets and employees to perform the necessary tasks, whereas outsourcing involves hiring outside assistance, often through another business, to perform those activities instead of using internal assets or employees.In-house Services is a unique solution for managing a highly efficient workforce with specific skill sets for which there is a fluctuating level of demand. It is aimed at improving clients' labor flexibility, retention, productivity and efficiency. (Randstad web portal)

Title | : | Analysis of Competitive Advantage of Banks in Ghana |

Abstract: Similar to a variety of notions of competitive advantage researchers examine competitive advantage from different perspectives. It has been a buzz term for more than two decades with a plethora of definitions [1. The term competitive advantage gained popularity because of the study of Michael Porter. Three major research streams of competitive advantage which cover both internal and external attributes of a firm exist. They are the activity position view, resourced based view and relational view. The banking sector has seen the arrival of many banks from the sub-region as it is the policy of Central Bank to issue licenses to international banks with repute. The traditional core business of commercial banks in Ghana is retail and corporate banking. As retail and corporate banking become less and less profitable, banks are diversifying into new businesses to stop the decline of profits.

Abstract: The sound and ecological ramifications related with biomedical waste administration are mounting desperately especially with regards to creating nations like India. Restorative squanders are of incredible significance because of its potential ecological perils and general wellbeing dangers. World Health Organization (WHO) has pushed therapeutic squanders as exceptional squanders and it is currently ordinarily recognized that specific classifications of restorative squanders are among the most perilous and possibly risky of all squanders emerging in groups (Sawalem et al., 2009), as introduction to unsafe medicinal waste can bring about illness or damage. The unsafe idea of therapeutic squanders might be because of at least one of the accompanying qualities. The research objective of this investigation was recognizing practices and knowledge the variables influencing medicinal waste administration.

Abstract: The emerging paradigm called "Workplace Spirituality‟ is interpreted by many in many ways. The recent researches on "Workplace Spirituality‟ reveal that there is a common set of theme that most of the sources agree upon. Most of the researchers in this field use reference from "The Handbook of workplace Spirituality and Organizational Performance" by Giacalone and Jurwierokz (2003). Ashmos and Duchon (2000) describe workplace Spirituality as involving three levels, individual, work-unit and organization-wide. The work-unit dimension entails how much employees have a sense of connection and community with their management, principal, head of the department, colleagues and students; as well as assessing the extent to which they are caring and encouraging.............
