Abstract: The aim of this paper is to raise awareness regarding the issues in questionnaire development and to provide strategies to enable researchers to design and develop their own measure and evaluate the quality of existing measures. The theoretical and methodological issues associated with questionnaire design and development is evaluated. The range of available scales is presented and strategies to enable question generation and development are discussed. Issues of reliability and validity are explored using item analysis and exploratory factor analysis.

Abstract: This study sought to determine the influence of the internal organizational context on strategy implementation among cooperative societies in Nairobi, Kenya. The study adopted a survey research design to collect data and a quantitative design for data analysis. The study covered a sample of 291 primary cooperative societies selected using a random sampling method from a population of 2,149 societies. Data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Out of a sample of Two hundred and ninety-one sets of research instruments two hundred were filled and returned; representing a significant response rate of 68.73%. Out of the 200 respondents, only 180 responding societies had formulated strategic plans and these were the only ones covered by the variable analysis (61.85%)............

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify skills required for Bangladeshi firms to be successful in international marketing. An extensive literature review has been made to identify an initial list of skills required in international marketing. Academic practitioners from public and private universities of Bangladesh were surveyed to identify the additional skills required and to know the significance of identified skills and later on a list of highest and lowest rated skills set have been developed. Abstract: It is necessary to consider the visit rate of outpatient in order to increase hospital revenue. Abstract: Play-Driven Design (PDD) is a design model aimed at drawing the user's attention to a content website, involving them and leading them to spontaneous creation of content. For the PDD to provide meaningful experiences and engage personas, this text addresses some game design elements, suggesting an iterative application and an evolutionary perspective of web design projects. When applied, the model boosts new approaches for the site to connect with the user.

Abstract: shelter is a basic human need and productive investment. Home loan means a sum of money borrowed from a financial Institution or Bank to purchase a house. Home loan consists of an adjustable or fixed rate payment terms. As most of the people don't have the cash funds to pay for a home, outright they can apply for a home loan which will pay the upfront costs for the home also which will have to be paid back monthly over a specified period of time. Without home loans most of the people could not afford to buy a home. According to National Association of Home Builders, the housing industry as a whole contributes about 17% to 18% of the nation's GDP. The most common purpose of a home loan is to provide funds to a buyer who needs to purchase a home. Home Equity loans allow a home owner to borrow against the difference between the home's value and the current loan balance.

Abstract: This paper seeks to identify areas that a few major and advanced airports have been progressing in the development of their operations and it compares these initiatives and their effectiveness. The paper will use objective reports from I.C.A.O., and third parties, individual airport reports and statistical data from these reports. Ultimately, recommendations will be given for continuation of initiatives and for improvement, if gaps have been observed, in order to increase efficiency in general areas of safety, productivity, security and any legal concepts, policies or procedures, efficiency, sustainability and management of limited resources such as: labor, energy, water, waste, land and capital or simply known as the contribution to 'People, Planet and Profit.' This project will serve to satisfy the requirements (program outcomes) for the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (E.R.A.U.) Capstone Course, and the Bachelor of Science degree.
