Abstract: Corporate services that move in the health field other than the hospital one of them clinics. Clinic development is characterized by increase and decrease of the number of treated patients and poor patient satisfaction index to health service quality. The number of public patients who went to clinic declined from 2013 to 2016 (medical records of Mulia Asih Clinic of Tangerang, 2017). Due to reduced number of general patient, service quality should be addressed to create patients loyal to the clinic and who are supported by patient satisfaction. Abstract: The purpose of this researchis to investigate the effects of working stress, job satisfaction, organizational climate to turnover intention on Mayapada Hospital nurses. The deep theory analysis of variables affecting turnover intentions brings the researcher to develop a research model consisting of four variables which are working stress, job satisfaction, organizational climate, and turnover intentions as well as three research hypotheses. Instruments of data collection using questionnaires, sample of 121 respondents who are nurses Mayapada Hospital. Then, data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of three research hypotheses test using SEM shows that job stress did not affect job satisfaction, organizational climate has an influence on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has influence to turnover intention.

Abstract: India is a developing country, 68.84% of Indian population resides in villages (According to Census 2011). Being an agrarian economy, majority of the population depends upon agriculture to earn a living. On an average, women make up about 43% of the agricultural labour force in developing countries. The gender inequality exists in demographic composition of a society depicted by the socio-economic conditions of female population, poverty, their literacy rate, employment opportunities, life expectancy etc. Census 2011 depicts that female population accounts for 48.5% of the total Indian population. Women need helping hands to improve their condition, they have no access to credits, they are unaware of financial terms/ products etc. Women are the most deprived ones in this Indian........

Abstract: Development of Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) in Indonesia has increased yearly, but this is not followed by SMEs financing in shariah banking, which the proportion is relatively decreasing in a couple years. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Deposit or third party fund to MSME financing and also to analyze the implication of MSME Financing to Shariah banks profitability . This study uses a Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) to see the long term effect and response to shock that occur in the studied variables. The result shows that in the short run and the long run CAR has negative and significant effect to MSME Financing. DPK, NPF, BOPO dan FDR has positive significant to MSME financing in the long term. DPK, CAR, NPF has positive significant to Shariah Banks Profitability in the long term. BOPO and NPF has positive significant in the short run. Shock to CAR are negatively responsed by MSME financing. Shock to MSME Financing are negatively responsed by Shariah Banks Profitability (ROA) and will stable in a long term...

Abstract: Banks have been known for their role of financial intermediation and by this function exposed to credit risk. A sound credit risk decision by banks is very vital as it enhances earnings as well as increases shareholders' wealth. This study examines the effect of credit risk on shareholders' value in Nigeria Deposit Money Bank. Data were sourced from audited annual report of the nine (9) banks sampled for a period of thirteen (13) years from 2004 to 2016. A panel multiple regression technique of data analysis was applied using the Generalized Least Square (GLS) estimators. The GLS model regressed the predictor variables of non-performing loans (NPL), loan loss provisions (LLP), and capital adequacy (CAR) on market capitalization while controlling for bank size. The result shows that credit risk has a significant effect on shareholders' value of Deposit Money Banks in Nigeria.......

Abstract: Project performance is evaluated differently by various stakeholders of the project based on their expectations in relation to the actual quality; cost and time. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of stakeholder management on project performance with the specific objectives being: to determine the influence of stakeholder need and expectation identification; communication; conflict management and stakeholder participation on project performance. Abstract: Rural women are exposed to economic disability yet they form the majority of the rural population. Globally, women contribute greatly to the domestic agricultural output and family food security. Several studies from Sub-Saharan Africa showed that rural women are credit constrained than men of equivalent socio-economic conditions.Empowerment and improvement of women's socio-economic status is important for achievement of the necessary rural Development. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out the magnitude of the influence of internal marketing to improve the external service quality (ESQ).This study collect data from144 respondents, which were used for analysis. The respondents were randomly selected to answer the questionnaire. The test used for the analysis is independent t-test and simple regression analysis. the result of regression statistic analysis shows that internal marketing has positive and significant effect on external service quality, meaning that if internal marketing (leadership, consultative, motivation, work unit, communication, and training) increases by one unit it will cause external service quality increase by 69.4%, and otherwise, the decline in internal marketing of one unit will lead to the decrease ofExternalServiceQuality. Abstract: Participants of banking industry are noticeably increased in Bangladesh. To do sustainable banking business they are very much dependent on their customers. Abstract: Goods & Services Tax (GST) was the biggest tax regime implemented by Government of India on 1stJuly 2017 midnight. The overall idea behind the GST implementation was to simplify the existing complex taxation system. This research tries to understand the effectsof GST on micro, small & medium enterprises (MSME). Both positive & negative impacts have been found and noted. The paper has tried to make an attempt to discuss the problem faced back then & still how the businesses are managing after the effect of the GST.

Abstract: The objective of this study is to investigates the critical factors of entrepreneurial competencies for Successfully Managing Micro and Small enterprise in Ethiopia. A structured questionnaire,containing 20 variables, has been used to collect data by survey and the target populations are manufacturing micro and small enterprise in Dessie, Kombolach and Haik City Administration. Total sample size was 200 and the researcher used Factor Analysis to identify the critical factors of entrepreneurial competencies for Successfully Managing Micro and Small enterprise.
