Abstract: The main purpose of this study is to analysis the interdependenies between FDI nd some macroeconomics variable, such as PDB, Trade, Exchange Rate, and Interest Rate. VAR model is used to show a comprehensive view of this interdependencies The empirical results show that through VAR model, interdependence between the variables FDI, PDB, Trade, Industrial Output Value, Exchange Rate and Interest Rate has been investigated in long-term relation through cointegratingvector and short-term impact of the VAR model. The dynamic correlation of the variables already has been gotten by decomposition variance analysis and impulse response. Some major implications appear from the research results. If the Indonesian government wishes to push its FDI and economic growth, this can be done by means of output and exchange rate shocks. In the short as well as long run, both shocks is essential for the economic stabilization..

Abstract: Behavioral finance, whichis claimed to be the most comprehensive investment theory compared to the traditional financial model, studies the effect of psychology, biases, stereotypes and cognitive and emotional errors on investment decision making processes. Recognizing the impact of psychology on investment processesbasicallyimpliesapproving of the behavioral theory. Provided that this assumption is made by knowledgeable, experienced and influential investment advisers, the significance of the behavioral theory is enhanced in interpreting irrational investment behavior and, overall, investmentprocesses.

Abstract: Adoption of information and communication technology (ICT) has a significant effect on organizational processes, operational efficiency and service delivery. This study was undertaken to establish the effect of ICT adoption on supply chain performance of parastatalsin Kenya's energy sector. A descriptive study was undertaken in which the population of the study was nine parastatals in Kenya's energy sector. The study used primary data which was collected through administration of a semi-structured questionnaire to ICT managers, supply chain managers, ICT support staff and procurement officers. The studyfound a positive effect of ICT adoption on procurement, production scheduling, business to business collaboration and risk management. However, the use of ICT in parastatals is hindered by inadequate data migration, poor ICT infrastructure, user resistance, lack of top management support, inadequate training and high initial capital outlay. To realise the envisioned benefits, parastatals need to enhance data migration, user involvement, training and integration of various systems.
