Abstract: This is a study of Indian firms pertaining to the strategy they adopt and implement in the market place. This is also about the factors that are most important in this market. The objectives of this research paper are to ascertain whether there is a relationship between contextual factors and strategy and/or marketing mix decisions of firms. There is also a need to know whether marketing mix decisions and strategy are correlated. That will throw light on the issue of firms following their strategy in the implementation stage as well. However, the primary objective in this paper is to understand and appreciate the factors that firms place more importance on in the conceptualization and implementation of strategy. It is found from the analysis that product quality, on time delivery, and meeting customer expectations are the most important factors for succeeding in the market. In the final analysis, it is all about product-market (customer). Also, marketing strategy and marketing mix decisions are quite similar. However, there is very weak correlation between contextual factors and strategy of firms..

Abstract: The One Belt One Road (OBOR)Initiative which started in the year 2013 is made up of the Silk Road Economic Belt (SREB) and the New Maritime Silk Road (NMSR). It is considered by many as the revival of the former silk route which has existed since the Han and Tang Dynasties. The main aim or objectives of the One Belt One Road (OBOR) initiative is to steam up trade between the People's Republic of China and other countries most especially with neighboring Asian countries. This paper employs the use of a qualitative research method where through the review of written literature, the possible (future) implications of the one belt one road were discussed. Very little (almost nothing) has been written by other researches concerning the implications of the OBOR initiative.............

Abstract: The magnitude of any disaster generally determines the level of response required in its aftermath and simply saying, as the magnitude goes up, the need for emergency suppliesincreases. Efficient supply chain management, which ensures the flow and storage of goods and services from the point of origin to the point of consumption, is thus very crucial in disaster response operation. Any untoward disruption in this chain only increases the agonies of disaster victims questioning their lives occasionally. Thus countries, in general, should keep their international airports operational round the clock to effectively handle the humanitarian assistance pouring in from across the globe in the event of any large-scale disaster, earthquake for example. This study is aimed at identifying the difficulties Nepal faced with its only international airport – Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) leading to disruption...............

Abstract: This study attempts to examine the intention of homebuyers to purchase green homes in Sabah. The extended Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) served as a framework for identifying the drivers of green purchasing behavior and their relative importance. Specifically, the objective of this study is to examine the effect of attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioural control on intention to purchase green house. In addition to that, environmental concern and perceived self-identity are incorporated into the model as the antecedents, influencing not only one's attitude towards a green home, but also directly towards intention to purchase green homes. Data were collected from potential homebuyers in Sabah, and analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling. The findings suggested that all claimed hypotheses were supported except for social norms predictor. Implication and contribution of the study were discussed to justify the significance of this research.
