Abstract: This study is aimed to know the use of electronic Human Resource management within an Organization on its Organizational Performance. It is the word "Technology" which has been inherited in our daily life. This word has to Led to the creation of jobs and has bridged the gaps between the jobs seekers & interviewers. e-HRM is actually the use of web based technologies to provide HRM services within employing Organizations. Abstract: Work-life balance is defined as a satisfactory level of involvement or 'fit' between the multiple roles in a person's life. The role of working women has changed throughout the world due to economic conditions and social demands. Women have tremendous pressure to develop a career as robust as their male counter parts while sustaining active engagement in personal life. Although there is knowledge on how personality traits are related to Work Family Conflict (WFC) and Work Family Engagement (WFE) independently, but there is lack of understanding on how big five personality trait affect work family balance (WFB) and family work balance (FWB). The objective of the study is to analyze and explore various factors affecting work family balance (WFB) among women employees. Abstract: Foreign direct investment (FDI) is an essential part of any economic system and it is an incentive that allows economies to grow. However the positive results of FDI are not accessed by all countries, communities or sectors. The performance of commercial banks in Kenya has been found wanting for the last five years with some banks reporting profit warnings and two banks being placed in receivership in the year 2015. Similarly, foreign direct investment in Kenya has been fluctuating. The research also sought to assess the effects of equity capital, reinvested earnings and intra-company loans on the Bank performance of Kenya. Abstract: COMPANY Z in Indonesia is a market leader in industrial chemicals that has implemented CRM program. The CRM model that has been run has never been evaluated at all to ascertain whether this marketing strategy can help improve corporate profits and customer loyalty. The research will be conducted by distributing questionnaires to 120 active customers from COMPANY Z who are engaged in electricity related industries then analyzed using partial least square method with the help of SmartPLS 2.0 program. The results of statistical analysis show that the overall of CRM variables ie process, technology, and human resources have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, if seen the influence between CRM to customer loyalty then only technology variables alone have a significant influence, while the process variable and human resources are not significant. Customer satisfaction is also found to have a significant relationship to customer loyalty. Managerial implications and improvement suggestions for COMPANY Z have also been described at the end of this section of the study.

Abstract: Indonesia urgently needs to have a comprehensive model of Indonesia national innovation capability to become a reference in determining policies to enhance national innovation capability. The national innovation capability will be the success key for the country in the future. The purpose of this study is to design a simulation model that can represent related stakeholder behavior in national innovation capability.
