Abstract: Corporate disclosure means reporting of quantitative and qualitative information of financial and non-financial nature regarding the reporting entity to outsiders for the purpose of their decision making. Full disclosure is vital element for the interested parties who would like detailed information about a particular firm. The aim of present study, based on content analysis of selected 8 (eight) banks, is to measure the extent of disclosure score and also identify the impact of such disclosure score on bank's specific characteristics viz. age and size of the bank. Abstract: The objectives of this research are: 1) to describe exogenous, endogenous and mediation variables, 2) to examine the effect of exogenous variables, endogenous variables and mediation variables. Secondary data resource used is the financial statements of Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2015. Abstract: This study examines agricultural cooperative and empowerment of rural dweller in Awka North L.G.A of Anambra state, Nigeria. To achieve this 254 structured questionnaire were used to collect data from women agricultural cooperatives in the area. The study provides empirical evidence on the women's socio-economic characteristics as well as determines the relationship between membership duration and member's income, and also the effect of farm input; credit and extension visit on income which is proxy for empowerment. Findings revealed that the joint effect of the explanatory variable in the model account for 38% of the variations in the income profile of members of agricultural cooperatives. Two coefficients (farm input and credit) are not significant while extension visit was significant...........

Abstract: The study examined the effect hours women spend at work have on the quality of child care among working women in the public and private sector organizations in Imo State, Nigeria. This study is anchored on the Rational Choice Theory. The quantitative data for this study were collected from 524 respondents selected from two privately and two publicly owned organizations in Imo State while the qualitative data were from 8 key informants interviewed. The entry of the new telecom operator Reliance Jio has brought significant reduction in the tariff structure of voice calls and data services. Abstract: The importance of employee performance has been extensively researched by past researchers who found that among the many factors affecting employee performance, among which are prominent factors of education, training and motivation. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the role of education, training, in motivation in improving the performance of employees in the office of the unity of forest management of muna island production. This research was conducted using survey approach with questionnaires spread on 101 KPHP employees of Muna Island. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regresei, and the results of this study found that education, training and motivation, partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract: The potential natural content of nickel ore in Konawe come across an abundance of the northern Konawe made it regarded much by dividing the valley by a company to invest in the mining sector.The have significant potential for having two sides. The first, for local governments, investment to increase local revenue and the welfare of the community taxes and the utilization of corporate social responsibility (CSR) the second side the management of which is not in accordance with the policy of delivery problems that impact to the residents.
