Abstract: The purpose of this research is to examine customer motivations to use the banking system in Yemen. It remains unpredictable as the rise of new types of banking systems - for example, Automated Teller Machines (ATM), internet banking, developed financial markets and worldwide competition - have constrained banks to investigate the significance of customer loyalty. Therefore, research needs to focus on these changes within the banking system. According to Central Bank of Yemen,(2008)Regulators in Yemen are paying attention to increase the number of bank client because of the important role of banking to the economy (Alkibsi& Lind, 2011).The majority of people still do not use banking services to facilitate their financial needs in Yemen. Therefore, for banks to gain customer loyalty and to offer them what they need has become a considerable challenge for banks in Yemen............

Abstract: This paper examined the contribution of happinessculture on economic development of Zimbabwe in the new dispensation of which the country is Open for Business. Zimbabwe's current economic performance since the year 2000 was characterised by low growth, low foreign direct investments, and depressed industry growth as a result of economic self-styled sanctions authored in Zimbabwe by citizens and submitted the United States of America (USA) for adoption to impose sanctions through the Zimbabwe Democracy Bill (ZIDERA) resulting in low business confidence, liquidity challenges and lack of competitiveness of the country`s economy at large, however, this study unearthed issues relating to citizenship behaviours to motivate socio-economic progress of a nation. Thestudy traced the elements of happiness namely: the power of gratitude, power of positive thinking, power of forgiveness and power of acceptance as key concepts in the happiness philosophy to motivate economic development.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the causal relationship between eWOM, destination image, and the intention to visit a tourist destination. The structural model consisting of these three variables was analyzed using WarpPLS 6.0. Samples of 200 prospective tourists were collected in Denpasar City, Bali. The measurement items are adapted from the research instruments in the marketing literature. The results of the analysis prove that E-WOM has a direct positive and significant influence on the image of Buleleng as tourism destination and the intention to visit Buleleng. Similarly, the image of Buleleng as tourism destination is also proven to significantly mediate the influence of E-WOM on intention to visit Buleleng tourism destination. These findings bring important implications for the theory and practice of tourism marketing. The structural model of the results of the analysis is expected to make a valuable contribution to the development of tourism marketing theory and concepts, as well as a reference for strategic planning in the tourism industry sector..

Abstract: The construction supply chain is characterized by the multiplicity of links and the divergence of the actors, making customer satisfaction difficult to measure. The purpose of this paper is to explore the concept of satisfaction and identify the determinants that influence it, in the supply chain construction, through a study conducted on the Moroccan public administration. The literature review involved several relational parameters including trust, commitment and effective communication, and transactional factors such as control, power and formalization that influence satisfaction, more tangible variables to measure an abstract concept. To focus our study and look for concrete answers, the research orbit will be the Construction Supply Chain related to the Moroccan public administration contracts..

Abstract: Framing is a cognitive heuristic, which suggests that people react differently to the choices they are asked to make depending on how these choices are presented. In the context of the stock market, framing is defined as the effect of different investment frames on investment decisions. The present paperis an attempt to make a comprehensive discussionof framing, both of routine everydaydecisions and also ofdecisions made in the specialized context of investment choices. In addition, it discusses methods to preventframing so that choices and decisions derive from rational processes..
