Abstract: The results of the implementation of model development that have been carried out in the second year of research are used as the basis for the research in the third year. The third year research begins with an evaluation of the second year implementation model and recommendations on the form of marketing through e-commers that are used by SMEs in order to implement marketing activities through e-commerce by SMEs in Malang City. The objectives of this study are: (1) to evaluate the implementation results model in the development research activities of the Theory of Planned Behavior in marketing through e-commerce by SMEs in Malang City; (2) to analyze strategic policies of marketing implementation through e-commerce by SMEs in Malang City based on the process of selecting alternative solutions using the Exponential Comparison Method (ECM) and Correspondence analysis. Abstract: The purpose of this exploratory study was to identify the moderating effect of organizational culture on the relationship between leadership behavior and the organizational commitment of the executive level em-ployees in automobile industry, Sri Lanka. The concepts, organizational commitment and leadership behavior were tested in an individual level while organizational culture was assessed at an organizational level. Abstract: Kenya Railways is facing performance challenges similar to those faced in other network industries thus have affected its contribution to the economy. The main aim of this study is determining effect of product and service developmenton performance at Kenya Railways. This study will adopt product development process theory. This study will use survey research design to study the effect of operation strategies on performance at Kenya Railways. The study will target all employees in Kenya Railways. The target population will be 945 employees at Kenya Railways in Mombasa and Nairobi. A sample size of 281 will be obtained using Yamane formulae. Proportionate sampling will be used to distribute the sample among the employees of the six departments; these will enhance distribution representation and avoid bias in sampling. Abstract: Most private schools execute diverse strategies in an adhoc manner without a centralized strategic plan document. This leads to diverse challenges that results to low success levels in strategy execution. The challengesnormally emanate from the complexity of strategy execution owing to the leadership and the stakeholders' managementinvolved in the execution.Therefore the study sought to examine the effect of leadership on strategy execution in private secondary schools in Murang'a County, Kenya.
