Abstract: Approaches to job satisfaction relate to the consideration of the overall work environment as a major determinant, in stimulating the level of achievement or involvement of human resources. Abstract: Institutions in the education industry, including higher educations, need to have the right strategy in creating a brand with the appropriate quality. Besides, universities need to have different values with the high quality of products and services. An institution such as a university must be able to communicate its brand-related products well to consumers. Therefore this study aims to see the effect of brand communication, brand image, and brand trust on brand loyalty at the university in Jakarta. The sample of this study was 210 university students in Jakarta. This research is deductive. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that: Firstly, there is an influence between brand communication on brand image. Secondly, there is an influence of brand communication on brand trust. Thirdly, there is an influence between brand image and brand trust. Fourth, there is an influence between the brand image on brand loyalty.

Abstract: Conducting this study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance. The research method in this study uses descriptive and quantitative methods. The population of all cleaning officers in the Hygiene section of the CiptaKarya Office of KarawangDistricts is 69 people. Data collection through observation, questionnaires, and interviews, while and data analysis used Path analysis. The results obtained in this study. There is a relationship or correlation between work motivation (X1) and compensation (X2) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.529 and has a moderate and unidirectional level of relationship because the value is positive. Furthermore, there is a partial effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance, where work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance of 0.498. Likewise, Compensation which affects Employee Work Productivity is 0.351. There is also a significant effect simultaneously between work motivation and compensation on employee performance, this can be seen in the coefficient of determination of 0.556 or 55.6%, and the remaining 44.4% is the contribution of other variables () scrutinized..

Abstract: The current development of information technology has affected the banking industry and technology plays a role in creating customer satisfaction through effective and efficient service. Therefore the banking industry has used technology as a marketing strategy in the innovation of product and service. One of the innovations is the creation of the media of mobile banking transactions. Mobile banking service has provided an easy service for customers to accomplish a banking transaction through a smartphone. The objective of this study is to identify the effect of experiential marketing on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study collected primary data through the questionnaires. The study involved 300 respondents. The purposive random sampling technique was employed. This study performed path analysis and regression analysis. The results of the study show that experiential marketing affects customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract: Retailing in India is commercial bustle which develops from ancient and primitive period. In last three decades it has faced many developments and changes. This COVID19 has fetched so many new deviations around the world in all facets. It has manifested a watermark on the retail sector also. On one hand it throws so many contests to the modern retailers and on the other hand it also provides a lot of opportunities to both traditional mom & pop stores and modern retailers. All these challenges and opportunities made the Indian retail hypermarkets to take a new facet.
