Abstract: Human Resources Management practices and competitive study Human Resources policies in Bangladesh are being investigated and analyzed in this study. The study generally focusses on the competitive study of HRM in private commercial banks in Bangladesh. Random sampling technique are used for analyzing the data with 11 randomly selected banks among the 42 private commercial banks.
