Abstract: Employee well-being is crucial to the survival and development of organizations around the world. However, the relationship between perceptions of organizational politics (POPs) and employee well-being (EWB) is yet to be understood rigorously. Drawing on the Affective Events Theory (AET), the Person-Environment Fit theory of stress, and the Job Demands- Resource (JD-R) theory, we propose that perceptions of organizational politics are a crucial factor affecting employee well-being in organizations. The study explores perceptions of organizational politics and the different dimensions of employee well-being. In doing so, the authors identified three dimensions of employee well-being, namely, life, well-being, workplace well-being, and psychological well-being.......
