Abstract: A constitution of a country is a supreme law that governs the affairs the nation states all over the world. The Constitution of Kenya 2020 is the implementation of a system of devolved Government in which Articles 174 and 175 envisions the power of self-governance by the people and their enhanced participation in decision-making. Hence, County Assemblies discharge important mandates within the county governments' set-up comprising legislation, representation and oversight. However, there is scarce literature on the relationship between managerial ties and performance of legislative organisations such as Kenya's County assemblies as constitutionally specified in their mandates. Abstract: An analysis of the relationship between economic growth and employment indicates that, it does not the conventional positive association between education and labor market participation, which points to a concentration of a significant proportion of women with lower levels of education on the lower rungs of the occupational ladder and also in informal jobs. Meanwhile, women with relatively higher levels of education are facing difficulties finding jobs. Our analysis shows that the growing concentration of economic and export activities over the past few years, alongside sluggish private sector investment, a slowdown in growth in the RMG sector and poor performance.....

Abstract: Employees are in important aspects of a business and have a substantial influence on the success of a company, employee with a high level of loyalty essential for the progress of the company. The purpose of this study is to predicted and examine the relationship between employee loyalty and employee performance also the predictor. This research uses three types of variables, employee performance as the criterion meanwhile work motivations, job satisfaction and leadership as the predictor and employee loyalty as the intervening variable. The research conducted with 84 employees at the chemical manufacture by using SEM PLS. From the result shown 25 indicator that used at this result has a good validity and reliability to measure the variable. The result also confirmed the positive effect.....

Abstract: Investment deals with investing current earnings with the expectation of getting fruits in the future. The fruits may be in the form of regular profits, capital appreciation of invested amount in various assets. In this paper, an attempt is made to know that, in which financial assets the majority of women employees investing their fund in Bank Deposits, Public Provident Fund, LIC, Stock Market and Mutual Funds, goals of investment, which financial literacy programs, women employees were attending, if they are attending and source of information about chosen Financial Assets. A sample of 400 women employees was taken by using the purposive sampling method. Data were collected from 400 women employees through a structured questionnaire. The collected data is tabulated by using cross-tabulation, tests like Chi-Square, and Correlation. At the conclusion of the present study, it will be possible to understand in which financial assets, the maximum & minimum respondents were investing, what is their objective, source of information, and which financial literacy programs they are attending across education.

Abstract: Introduction: Local trade in herbal medicine materials generates income for the vendors in Nigeria. This study investigated the profitability, return on investment (ROI) and knowledge level on utilization of medicinal plants among herb vendors (HVs) in Port Harcourt metropolis.
Method: Ten (10) markets were purposively selected (Creek road, Oil mill, Mile 3, Mile 1, Rumuokoro, Rumuokwuta, New layout, Choba, Oyigbo, Umuebulu 1) based on availability of HVs. Well structured pre-tested questionnaires were administered among 77 randomly selected HVs. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, profitability, and ROI. Abstract: Knowledge management as one of the principles of modern management system that effect on various development of organization in Kuwait. Knowledge management accessing and examining the current situation in Kuwaiti developing sectors to achieve the goals of organization as grow with competitiveness through increasing human and labor investment to achieve work effectiveness. This paper focus on the study of relational knowledge management system to invention and development purpose. 42 Kuwaiti governmental organizations and population involved managers of computing and administrative of human development those skilled employees focus on five-scale questionnaire-based research. Which bring the importance for the knowledge and diversity as sources for development of the performance in Kuwaiti organizations in its culture effect. Knowledge capital-based system focus to compile, form and crate new knowledge that help to access for transfer and share it in the public sector as enriching with knowledge management system as well as for its development of performance.
