Abstract: This paper investigated the effects of corporate tax planning on firm value of listed consumer goods companies in Nigeria for the period 2015 to 2019. The study employed ex post facto and correlational research design. The sample size of the study comprised of twenty six companies that was determined using Taro Yamen's formula.The data for this study was obtained from the published annual financial statements of the sampled companies and pooled ordinary least square was used for data analysis. The results obtained from the analysis revealed that a negative and insignificant relationship between effective tax rate, tax savings and capital intensity on corporate firm value. Additionally....
