Abstract: The aim of this study was to analyze the factors associated with Burnout Syndrome among nurses in an Emergency Care Unit. To this end, a systematic review was carried out, following the PRISMA guidelines. The searches took place in the Pubmed, Scielo and Google Scholar databases, using specific terms, Boolean operators and inclusion/exclusion criteria for articles in Portuguese published between 2018 and 2023. As a result, it was found that burnout syndrome among UPA nurses is associated with organizational, personal and emotional factors. Abstract: Advertising Elasticity of Demand (AED) is calculated as percentage change in demand divided by percentage change in advertising expense. And all management literature argues that advertising elasticity of demand is positive. Economists also have a similar term called Price elasticity of Demand (PED), which is calculated similarly as percentage change in demand divided by percentage change in price. And Price Elasticity of Demand (PED) is usually negative. But if advertisement increases prices is it possible that it will reduce demand? Of course the argument will be that advertisement increases appeal of product and hence increase demand. But what if the loss of appeal due to increase in price is more than increase in appeal due to increase in advertisement expense. Will then Advertising Elasticity of Demand be negative.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the understanding of human capital management. The paper reviews the theoretical and empirical human capital literature. The framework developed will assist researchers and practitioners in the identification and exploration of variables linked to the effective management of Human Capital within organisations. It is concluded that managers of organisations need to understand the complexity of managing Human Capital and must combine their HRM strategy with their KM strategy to leverage their human capital. This paper further examines different definitions of Human Capital Management, Concept, constituents, significance, need and approaches to measurement.

Abstract: Digital education platforms have emerged as a significant player in the field of education, providing learners with new avenues for knowledge acquisition and skill development. This research article aims to explore the perceptions of learners towards digital education platforms and investigate the factors influencing their preferences, satisfaction, and challenges.
