Abstract: Internal communication is essential for the proper functioning of educational institutions. Problems such as the lack of clear communication channels and the lack of integration between departments can compromise internal communication. Abstract: This research aims to evaluate customer loyalty among mobile phone internet users in Indonesia, particularly in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi areas. Most mobile internet service providers in Indonesia are dominated by brands such as Telkomsel, Indosat, XL, Smartfren, Three (3), and Axis. This study utilizes a quantitative method by distributing a questionnaire consisting of 31 statements or questions to users of mobile internet service providers who have been using the service for three months or more. The variables used in this study are service failure, complaint handling, service recovery, satisfaction with complaint handling, brand credibility, and customer loyalty. Abstract: A This study aims to identify new candidate microRNAs (miRNAs) in different organisms capable of inhibiting the replication of SARS-CoV-2 through the use of machine learning and regression analysis. The research expands the diversity of miRNAs analyzed and improves the accuracy of predictions compared to previous studies. The dataset includes sequences of miRNAs from various sources such as miRBase and NONCODE. The data analysis software "Weka" is used to apply machine learning techniques and regression analysis. Abstract: Resumo O presente artigo elaborou mapeamento patentário dos equipamentos de educação dos últimos (20) anos, uma vez que a tecnologia educacional é uma realidade no ensino. Abstract: Workers' happiness on the job is crucial to the tourist industry's success since happy employees provide better customer service. The research employs a questionnaire to gauge workplace inspiration and contentment levels. According to the findings, a positive and statistically significant relationship exists between employee motivation and work satisfaction. Furthermore, the study finds that job satisfaction is influenced by factors such as salary, work environment, recognition, and opportunities for career development. The study results provide insights for employers in the food and hospitality industry in Moradabad on how to improve employee motivation and job satisfaction. The study concludes that a motivated workforce is essential for the success of any organization, and employers must focus on creating a work environment that promotes employee motivation and job satisfaction to retain talented employees..
