Abstract: Organisational Justice has its origin in in social psychology and has been of great interest to social researchers and philosophers. It is agreed by both that any act is "just" if perceived to be fair or virtuous. Employee perceptions about the fairness or unfairness will have a major influence on his/her attitude and behavior which will ultimately affect his/her performance. The study develops a critical understanding of the associations between different justice dimensions (distributive justice, Procedural justice, Interactional justice) and employees outcomes to those justice perceptions. Thus, there is a need to reposition and reinvent organizational justice in India where employees perceive it as value which people use it as "lens" to understand HR Practices..

Abstract: The paper investigated the relationship between customers' resistance to price increases and business failure. The research methods adopted were survey research design and oral interview. Forty two companies judgmentally selected through cluster sampling, completed and returned their questionnaires. The questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive and chi-square statistical tools. Some of the findings were that consumers' resistance to price increases has a positive and significant relationship with business failure, as producers were unable to factor-in all input costs in their product pricing. The implications for business and management policy were discussed..

Abstract: The study aims at identify the feeding scheme at which the home-raised broilers is economically effective. Data obtained through an investigation of a random sample of 500 households raising broilers at home using different feeding schemes using combinations of concentrated fodders and home food residues. Technical and profitability indicators have been estimated for the different schemes. Large households with females not employed and not educated are likely to use more home food residues in the home-raised broilers. The production index PI, adjusted production index API, and economic indicator EI are shown to be higher in the herds used more concentrated fodders than those used more food home residues although only those in the first scheme are considered good.........
