Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the influence of achievement motivation, courage to take risks, and entrepreneurial commitment on business sustainability of local market traders in Makassar City. The population in this study involved all traders of local markets in Makassar City, amounting to 20 markets that were registered officially in the Regional market Makassar Raya of Makassar City and spread in several sub-districts in Makassar City. The total sample size in this study was 120. The results of this study indicate that achievement motivation and entrepreneurial commitment had a positive and significant influence on business sustainability, while courage to take risks had a negative and significant influence on business sustainability of local market traders in Makassar City.

Abstract: Banking Sector Being Highly Volatile Sector Has Increased Pressure On The Banks To Retain, Attract And Sustain Existing And New Customers. The Study Is Aimed To Study The Various Services Provided By The Banks And To Identify The Factors Affecting Service Quality In Indian Banking Industry. Major Part Of The Data For The Study Is Primary Data Which Is Collected Through The Use Of Questionnaire. It Is Found That Customers Of Public Sector Commercial Banks Believe That Public Sector Banks Are More Reliable And This Perception Varied With Respect To Demographics Of Respondents. But When Services Are Compared Specifically On The Basis Of Quality Of Service Private Sector Banks Are Way Ahead.

Abstract: This study examines the extent of disclosure in annual reports for social reporting by Indian corporate. Data were collected from the annual reports of the companies for the year 2014 and the level of disclosure is measured using social disclosure index. The study identifies the extent of corporate social reporting practices of 16 selected public sector companies of Dollex-200. Social Disclosure Index (SDI) has been calculated to measure the type and extent of social disclosure on sample of 16 Indian companies. The result of the study indicates that Community Involvement Disclosure are significant and it has a positive impact on the market price of the share but Human Resource Disclosure, Product & Consumer Disclosure and Environmental Disclosure have a negative impact on the market price of share.
