Abstract: According To Popular Belief, Individuals Who Manages Their Time Well Are Subjected To Less Stress, More Efficiency Resulting In High Level Ofperformance And Satisfaction. This Paper Presents A Confirmatory Factor Analysis Of The Time Management Behaviour Scale Originally Developed Of Macan Et Al. (1990). With The Fast-Growing Rate Of Academicians In India, There Is A Growing Demands And Challenges Need To Understand The Concept Of Time Management Behaviour In Context Of Faculty Members. Three Underlying Dimensions Of Time Management (Setting Goals And Priorities, Preference For Organization And Mechanics Of Time Management) Are Confirmed In The Setting Of Faculty Members Of Higher Education Institutions In India. The Scale Was Empirically Tested In Indian Context To Establish Unidimensional, Reliable And Valid Scale Using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) And Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) With AMOS Version 20.0.

Abstract: cixifeilong Electrical Appliance Case Study Is A Competitiveness Advantage In Other Emerging Markets Compared To China That Involves A Cost-Saving Approach To Help In Making Adequate Investment Decision. In This Paper We Use Mainly Mathematical Tools To Support Our Finding And Results By Using A Linear Function For Our Analysis Reflected In Illustrative Set Of Graphs To Show Eventually Cost Saving Between Two Emergent Markets (China And Morocco). This Result Allows Feilong Company To Implement The Optimal Investment In Morocco And Reduce Transport Time As Well As Product Cost By Up To 37% That Will Help Feilong Company Certainly To Increase Its Turnover With European Market And More Specifically France Market.

Abstract: This study sought to investigate the extent of relationship that exists between talent management and innovation in indigenous hotels in Port Harcourt. In order to achieve this, a cross—sectional survey was conducted on managers of indigenous hotels in Port Harcourt. The data gathered therefrom were analyzed using the simple Mean score and Spearman's Rank Order Correlation via the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences software (SPSS) V 20. Findings from the analyses showed that there are positive and significant relationships between variables of talent management (i.e. talents identification, development, utilizations and retention) and corresponding variables of innovation (i.e. service, process, market and product innovations) in indigenous hotels in Port Harcourt (r=0.784; 0.674; 0.784;0.791; p˂0.05 for the four hypotheses respectively). The implications of these findings............

Abstract: This research investigates the determining effects of human resource management (HRM) practices on employee service quality in Thailand's chained-brand hotels located in Bangkok, Thailand. Eleven hypotheses have been developed that point to possible positive and negative relationships between HRM practices, mediating variables and employee service quality as employee performance. A total of 450 managers, consisting of top management, HR leader, and Line Hotel Operation manager that include Restaurant manager, Engineering & Service Maintenance manager, Executive Chef were examined and then empirically tested using SPSS AMOS for Path Analysis. The results show that HRM practices have no direct relationship with Employee service quality as employee performance. But they have an indirect association, meaning employee service quality cannot be determined solely by the use of HRM practices. Out of the five mediating variables in this study, the one that has the most substantial effect on employee performance is employee motivation.
