Abstract: This research has purpose to analiyze factors that influence customer revisit intention for Mikie Holiday Funland. Customer satisfaction to service quality and product quality product are going to influence the survival of service organization in the long term. This research was observational. The data collected through questionnaire with non probability sampling method was applied to 100 people. Abstract: This research is motivated by many factors that influence the performance of PDAM Tirtanadi employees, namely leadership and job satisfaction. Clean water services are a very important component of public services. PDAM Tirtanadi is a Regional Owned Enterprise (BUMD). The PDAM is responsible for providing and serving clean water for the community, as well as developing the regional economy by expanding employment, and seeking profits as the main source of regional financing. Abstract: Improving transportation systems have long been a matter of concern in a country like Bangladesh. This paper would attempt to take a critical look at the impacts of ride-sharing of "Pathao and Uber" on traditional transports and to develop public transportation systems in Bangladesh by using theiron-demandridesharing systems. Abstract: World over, intrapreneurship is considered critical to organizational growth, product innovation, competitiveness, profitability, product and business revitalisation that assures superior performance in the marketplace. The level of intrapreneurial intensity in a firm is therefore a reflection of its intrapreneurial dynamics. This paper aimed at uncovering possible intrapreneurial dynamics while measuring intrapreneurial intensity in a private firm in Nigeria via four intrapreneurial indices: policies, culture, employees and leadership. A cross-sectional exploratory survey design was adopted with two sets of structured questionnaires administered to 30 management staff and 51 employees. Abstract: Transportation is a supporting factor for community mobility. Nowadays, a lot of public transportation is not good at carrying out its business activities. If the transportation conditions can be arranged properly, then the wheels of the economy will be able to run smoothly.This research is motivated by many factors that influence people's loyalty in using grab car transportation which is the price and quality of service through community satisfaction. Abstract: This study explores the experiences of university academics in order to have a clear insight into how ergonomics of job design influences work performance. A sample of 1,236 academic staff of six federal universities in Nigeria south-south region wererandomly drawn into the study.Primary data were collected through the structured questionnaire and analysed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. Results revealed that academic staff performance improvedsignificantly in universities where jobs are designed taking six basic ergonomic elements into consideration:1). task autonomy, 2). control over assigned responsibility,3). knowledge sharing,4). opportunity for positive feedback, 5). opportunity for knowledge expansion in completed task, and 6). teaching variety of courses to enhance skill development........
