Abstract: In 1996, Guh, Lee, and Wang published a paper in Computers and Mathematics with Applications to develop Hierarchies Consistency Analysis (HCA) to deal with consistency between two hierarchies. Yeh (2013) claimed that HCA is flawed and then provided his extensions. His extension contains three steps. We run a detailed examination of his three-step extension to find many questionable results. We will suggest researchers neglecting the flawed accusation proposed by Yeh (2013) for HCA. Researchers should work on the proof for the convergence of the original sequences generated by Guh et al. (1996). After the mathematical foundation of Guh et al. (1996) is well-established, other extensions can stand on the shoulder of the giant to develop. Yeh (2013) tried to reproduce HCA in three directions without proper managerial meaning and mathematical verification to support that is not an academic approach.

Abstract: In Nigeria, earlier challenges presented by the Covid-19 pandemic necessitated government organisations with critical public service functions to mandate employees to work from remote locations via virtual operations, to reduce the possible spread of the pandemic. This disruption, therefore, necessitated the need to determine the extent to which remote virtual operations will influence employees' engagement; to occupy their jobs roles and stayed committed to the assigned tasks. Abstract: With the rapid development of society, people's work pressure is also increasing, and the phenomenon of job burnout has attracted much attention. Whether the grass-roots personnel of enterprises can maintain a good working condition under high pressure directly affects their work efficiency and service level. In this study, more than 300 questionnaires were distributed to the grassroots of an enterprise to analyze the current situation and causes of job burnout. Based on the JDCS theoretical model, this paper analyzes the causes of job burnout, and finds that job requirement will increase job burnout, while job control will reduce job burnout. Job social support has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between job requirement and job burnout, and a positive moderating effect on the relationship....

Abstract: The purpose of the current research was to investigate the impact of computerized programs and applications on teachers and the educational process through distance learning program in light of the spread of the Corona virus, and to achieve this goal, the descriptive analytical approach was used for its suitability for the purposes of this research. Abstract: Lake in the centre of city is a source of recreation and other ecosystem services of its dwellers. Hatirjheel Lake is a prime source of entertainment and an indispensable part of flood regulation systems of Dhaka city. But recently, it is polluted by its visitors, residents, and industries. To save this lake for achieving the sustainability of its ecosystems, a waste management plant is supposed to be built closed to the Lake. So, it is necessary to analyze the costs and benefits of such project before its implementation. But, there is no direct market value of its recreational benefits.

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to examine the effects of insurance on the growth of the economy of Ghana with annual data from 1990 to 2016. In this regard, Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) estimation technique is adopted based on the stationarity properties of the variables, established using the Augmented Dickey Fuller and Philip Perron tests. The findings of the study in the long-run revealed a positive effect of life and non-life assurance penetration on growth of the economy in the long run. However, among the two insurance variables life insurance penetration was the significant determinant of economic growth. In the short term, it is established that the previous year's penetration of life assurance does have a significant impact on growth of the economy. Abstract: The study investigates the effects of foreign direct investment inflows on tax revenue performance in Nigeria, using time series data that covers periods from 1987 to 2019. The empirical techniques used in this study are unit root test, co-integration test and VECM. According to the unit root test results, all the series are integrated of order (1). The Johansen co-integration test suggests that long-run relationship exists among the selected series. The study found that Real Gross Domestic Product (log first difference RGDP) exhibits positive and significant relationship with Tax Revenue Performance in the short run, while Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Real Gross Domestic Product (RGDP) have positive and significant effect on Tax Revenue Performance in the long run.
