Abstract: The study examined the interplay between foreign inflows, financial deepening and the exchange rate. Data were sourced from the International Monetary Fund and Central Bank of Nigeria database for the period 1980-2019; giving 40 observations. The variables used are foreign inflows, financial institutions index, financial market index and exchange rate volatility; and the vector error correction technique was employed to analyze the data. The unit root test reveal that all the variables were stationary at first difference; the VECM indicates that financial institutions index and Exchange rate volatility are negative but significant while financial market index is negative and insignificant. In the short run, foreign inflows congregates to a long run equilibrium track at an adjustment speed of -20.4920%. This...

Abstract: From traditional classroom to distance learning, to online learning, an evolvement throughout the years. Schooling systems in Lebanon this year differentiate from any systems adapted previous years and that is what the situation provoked. What is e learning? Education is to be active with your mind, but is it necessary active with your body also? That is the question: Do we have to be present mind and body in order to learn effectively? On the other hand, is online education in fact, better, worse or as good as traditional education? Well, in this pandemic, the whole world is fighting Corona virus (Covid-19), it is indispensable to ask these questions. The pros of traditional studying, we mention accessibility, structure and discipline, the feeling of sociability and solidarity, ability to work in groups, eye contact, and the physical interaction. Abstract: The Research purpose is to determine the Employee Engagement in an Organisation. Employee Engagement leads to how enthusiastics workers seem to be about their jobs, how dedicated they are to the organization, and how much maximum effort they put into their work. Objective is to know the overall engagement of employees in the organisation and its impact on their work. The study identifies Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Pay & benefits, Work Culture, Communication and Employees Recognition are the important factors that affect Employee Engagement. The reveals that employees' involvement contributes to engaged workers in the workplace. Research design used is Descriptive in nature. Abstract: Baanana stem fragments taken from four of the best performing varieties in tle territory of Beni, in Democrati Republic of Congo, were germinated in a macro-propagator whose germination tanks were filled with four kinds of substrates, white sawdust, red sawdust, rice bran and coffee parchment. The result analysis showed that there is no significant difference between the substrates.

Abstract: Two commercial biofertilizers, one based on rhizobia, BIOFIX®, and the other based on mycorrhizal fungi, RHIZATECHTM, were tested at Babungwe on a ferralitic forest soil hosting a bean crop for the first time. The result is spectacular. The difference in yieldin dry seeds is very highly significant between the control treatment in which bean was not inoculated and the treatments in which the bean was inoculated with BIOFIX® on one hand, and with RHIZATECHTM on the other hand.
