Abstract: Résumé Notre travail porte sur les causes du désintéressement de la femme couturière à la confection des vêtements d'hommes en ville de Butembo en commune Kimemi. A terme de cette investigation nous sommes arrivés aux conclusions que voici : Les para couturières de la commune de Kimemi, en ville de Butembo, confectionne quelque fois des vêtements d'hommes. Abstract: Kuakata is the second-largest panoramic sea beach of Bangladesh with a rich natural and cultural heritage. Since the Padma Bridge opened to the public, there have been a lot more tourists visiting the area. This paper examines the perception of local residents toward sustainable tourism in Kuakata sea beach with applying of factor analysis. The simple random sampling technique was used to identify study participants. The result of the mean analysis indicates that the economic, environmental, and socio-cultural effect of tourism has a substantial influence on the mindset.......

Abstract: Performance has endured as a challenge for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises globally for businesses of all sizes due to emerging and dynamic competing factors. It is, therefore, pivotal to institute an effective strategic management plan to address these challenges. Besides, the style adopted in the strategy implementation process determines organizational survival, excellence, or dismal performance. The minimum Small and Medium-sized Enterprises target in most Kenyan countries is ten percent. Nevertheless, within the first three years, 70 percent of these Small and Medium-sized Enterprises plunge into a loss. This study examined if adopting resource allocation, strategic leadership, education, and training implementation practices affects the performance of selected Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, the case of Nakuru county. The study was anchored on three theories: open system theory, resource-based theory, and human capital theory. A descriptive design was employed, targeting 297 Small.....
