Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of reward and work discipline on nurse performance through work environtment. This type of research is quantitative research with Path Analysis techniques. The study was located at the Malang City General Hospital (RSUD Kota Malang), East Java, Indonesia. The population is all nurses who work at RSUD Kota Malang. The sampling technique is based on the probability sampling method with a Simple Random Sampling approach. The number of samples determined amounted to 60 nurses using the Slovin formula. The results prove that reward and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the work environment.
