Abstract: Resumo: O presente artigo buscou analisar as tendências, práticas e desafios na formação continuada de professores, destacando a importância desse processo na construção de uma educação inclusiva, sob a óptica da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC). Para tanto, realizou-se uma revisão sistemática sob a orientação das diretrizes do PRISMA. O levantamento dos artigos ocorreu nas plataformas Scielo e Google Acadêmico, onde foram utilizadas palavras-chaves em associação com operadores booleanos "AND" e "OR". Como resultado, obteve-se uma amostra de 7 artigos, onde foi possível constatar que há um descompasso entre as políticas educacionais inclusivas.....

Abstract: Social inequality is a hallmark of human societies throughout their history. The domination of certain social segments over others has already occurred under various pretexts, such as race, ethnicity, gender, and socioeconomic belonging. On the other hand, throughout this history, there have also been voices critical of inequality, identifying ways by which it is reproduced and consolidated, as well as pointing out ways to overcome it. In these terms, the reflections of Pierre Bourdieu in relation to the French society and Paulo Freire in relation to the Brazilian context stand out in this text. The text aims to establish some interlocutions between these two authors, highlighting their respective contributions to the critique of social inequality in the field of education. We can conclude that, despite coming from different contexts, both agree on the need to think about a new education, which does not only serve the dominant classes and that promotes the autonomy and freedom of the subjects..

Abstract: Objective: To map the evidence on managing Digital Technologies in caring for patients with Diabetes Mellitus in Australia: a Scoping Review. Abstract: O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar os impactos da gestão escolar sobre a cultura e o clima organizacional no contexto do trabalho docente em uma escola pública no interior do Rio de Janeiro. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa exploratória de abordagem quantitativa com uma amostra composta por 26 professores. A coleta de dados envolveu a aplicação de um questionário fechado baseado no modelo de Luz (1995) e Bispo (2006). Os resultados evidenciaram que a gestão escolar enfrenta resistência e falta de apoio, refletindo-se na discordância sobre sua qualidade.
