Abstract: The 'traditional' service philosophy underlying hospital admission planning has been one of optimising the use of scarce hospital resources without paying much attention to the level of service offered to patients. As patients nowadays do not accept long waiting times for hospital admission, it becomes necessary to consider alternative service philosophies. Waiting lists have also become a political issue, and alternative service philosophies have been advocated, such as giving all patients an appointment for admission. Abstract: A few decades ago, a very small number of people were aware of or cared about economics beyond their businesses and costs. Industrial enterprises were not clean nor did they think green or even about the impact of their businesses on the environment. The current research studies the impact of environmental cost disclosure on improving environmental performance and rationalizing decision-making. Abstract: Scientific research in Psychology aims to problematize the female experience in the Brazilian organizational context, using statistical and quantitative resources in the socio-interactionist modality. The analysis of women in their work functions is initiated from the historical study of women in their formal and informal labor insertion from Ancient Egypt to the present day, observing the cultural influences of a predominantly patriarchal society. Abstract: The present study aims to report the behavior of the consumer in relation to the consumption of jewelry. Taking into account relevant factors regarding and covering this theme. For this accomplishment, research was used in the jewelry establishment associated with theoretical research in the field of behavioral psychology, in order to observe this context. The buying process involves the mental and emotional activities that satisfy the needs and desires of the consumer. This process goes through numerous stages, until it reaches the act of purchase. Because of this, the main objective of this work is to understand consumer behavior in the process that involves the purchase. The methodology used in this study was investigative, descriptive and bibliographic. Thus, the result of this study led to a deep understanding of the significant correlations between consumer behaviors and attitudes.
