Abstract: Even small occlusal changes after direct restoration are uncomfortable for the patient because the receptive organs of the jawbone system react sensitively to pressure. Ultimately, the patient compensates by adapting to the new conventional occlusal position, which leads to serious long-term craniofacial disturbances. The provided occlusal stamp technique is an easy-to-implement procedure that effectively and efficiently reconstructs the occlusal topography for direct composite resin restorations.

Abstract: Abdominal ventral hernias are common lesions and are associated with lifethreatening complications.Laparoscopic repair of these hernias should be the standard of care as it has reduced the recurrence rate from 25-52% to 3.4-9% (1). A strangulated hernia is an emergency as the risk of mortality is 7 times higher when a hernia operation is carried out in an emergency and 20 times higher if it involves a bowel resection compared to elective repair (2). Theopen technique is the preferred method in cases of strangulated hernias. The incidence of incisional hernia is highest in those with increased stress on abdominal wall, such as obese women, previous abdominal surgery and pregnancy. Leiomyoma (fibroids) is a common......

Abstract: Background :- Multiple myeloma (MM) is a bone disease and reduces patient life quality. In addition to oncological, antineoplastic systemic therapy, surgical therapy in patients with MM is an essential treatment within the framework of supportive therapy measures and involves orthopedic tumor surgery. Nevertheless, there are few reports on intramedullary (IM) nailing in the treatment of MM-induced proximal humeral fracture to prevent fixation loss. We here describe a case of pathological fracture of the proximal humerus caused by Multiple myeloma treated with Intramedullary interlocking nailing of humerus. Aim:- Pathological fracture humerus due to multiple myeloma evaluation and surgical fixation with intramedullary interlocking nailing -a case report

Abstract: Spacing is one of the most common forms of malocclusion seen frequently in the midst of the maxillary incisors. It may or may not be present with generalized anterior spacing. It leads to an unpleasant smile, impairment of phonetics, and difficulty in maintaining good oral hygiene. These spacings can be managed either by surgical, orthodontic, periodontal, restorative, and prosthodontic procedures or by a combination of procedures to achieve patient's aesthetic and functional requirements. Recent advances in direct dental composite resin, give dentist an advantage to perform minimal invasive aesthetic dentistry which is conservative , economical and time consuming. This case report describes multiple space closure with direct composite resin technique

Abstract: Monkeypox is a viral zoonotic disease that was discovered in the 1960 in Africa, the first case was reported in the Congo in 1970. The first outbreak of monkeypox in the EEUU outside of Africa was recorded in 2003. The World Health Organization (WHO) on July 23, 2002 declared that monkeypox constitutes a Public Health Emergency of International importance. In Ecuador, the first case of monkeypox was reported on July 6, 2022, in the case of a 30 year old patient residing in the province of Guayas.
Until the completion of this work, as of Octuber 1, 2022, 120 cases of monkeypox were reported.

Abstract: Background: There has been little study on HIV affected individuals in the initial period of the disease and during the course of disease on insulin resistance, glucose, and lipids levels as a damaging factor have not been considered in existing studies in this part of India. Aim: Therefore, we hypothesize that insulin resistance, glucose, and lipids levels have no effect on glucose and lipid levels in HIV-infected individuals. Methodology: The human ethics committee approved the study protocol. Since there is no computerized data, collecting it manually is cumbersome..........

Abstract: Intertrochanteric hip fractures which associated with high rates of morbidity and mortality, have become increasingly common, most frequently occurring in older adults. Treatment is a huge challenge for manytrauma surgeons because many problems such osteoporosis, medical disorders… Therefore, choosing the optimal fixation method and instrumentation is essential for a positive therapeutic effect. Proximal femoral intramedullary nail brings many advantages in the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric fracture. This study reported a case of 79– year old women who sustained an intertrochanteric fracture type 31-A2.2 based on the AO/OTA classification while walking......
