Abstract: Aim: This study aims to provide an overview and critical evaluation of reported applications and clinical outcomes associated with biomaterials utilized in the repair of post-traumatic orbital floor or wall defects in adults. Materials and Methods: We conducted a systematic search of the English literature using PubMed/Medline and the Cochrane Library databases. The study selection process strictly followed the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) statement, leading to the inclusion of 32 articles that met the specified criteria. Primary outcome measures comprised assessments of diplopia, enophthalmos, reduced ocular.....

Abstract: Total Cholesterol and Good cholesterol (HDL), important lipid constituents of cell are essential to carry out several biochemical functions. In oral cancer serum Total cholesterol and HDL undergoes early and significant changes. In the present study Cholesterol and HDL were determined in potentially malignant disorders patients and healthy individuals. Cholesterol and HDL levels were significantly lower in oral precancer patients as compared to the controls.

Abstract: Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory disease defined as the presence of endometrium-like tissue outside the uterine cavity. Endometriomas are cystic lesions that occurs from the disease process of endometriosis most commonly found in the ovaries. Isolated Uterine endometrioma has never been reported so far. Here we present an unique case of endometrioma, arising from serosal surface of uterus. This is the first case ever reported with the 17cm isolated endometrioma arising from the posterior wall of the uterus.

Abstract: Purpose: The fixed flexion view of the knee is considered useful when assessing the severity of osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee. To determine superiority of fixed flexion view for evaluation of the joint space and severity of knee OA, this study evaluated changes in the joint space on the fixed flexion view and standing extended view in patients with knee OA. Materials and Methods: The Standing Extended View and Fixed Flexion View radiograph were done in 566 patients who visited the hospital with a.....

Abstract: Introduction: Obesity is a global health concern, necessitating effective and holistic intervention strategies. This single case study explores the successful treatment of a 38-year- old woman with obesity using the INYM (Integrated Naturopathy and Yoga Management) protocol. Methods: A 38-year-old female patient with complaints of obesity approached the OPD of Yoga and Naturopathy. The participant completed a 10-week INYM (Integrated Naturopathy and Yoga Management) protocol. This comprehensive intervention involved dietary monitoring, fasting therapy, hydrotherapy treatments, yoga routines, and strategic lifestyle.....

Abstract: Temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD) affect a wide range of musculoskeletal systems and temporomandibular joint (TMJ). Amongst these TMDs, Anterior disc derangement (ADD) is more commonly seen nowadays within young patients. Non-invasive and conservative methods along with physical therapy, medications, counselling, behaviour management are the most commonly used techniques for treating Anterior disc derangement. Other treatment modalities include low level laser therapy, ultrasonography, dry needling, botulinum toxin injections.....

Abstract: We aimed to measure the mesiodistal and buccolingual widths of buccal shelf area in edentulous mandible on master cast and in finished denture in male edentulous patients (n=20) of south Saurastra region. Mark the external oblique ridge to crest of the ridge and buccal frenum to retromolar pad area and the area was measured with the help of using the MGW Digital Caliper (No. BO7XRL1FJ8), accurate to 0.01 mm. Data were statistically analyzed by IBM SPSS Version for one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Post Hoc - Bonferroni test.....

Abstract: Background: There are numerous uses for cephalometric analysis in orthodontics. Lateral cephalometric analysis is one of the gold standard diagnostic aids in orthodontics, with various software available to enhance this. This study was done to compare and evaluate the reliability of cephalometric analysis using; Android based OneCeph version 9 and Dolphin imaging software version 11.95 programs with conventional manual tracing. Materials and Methods: This is a cephalometric study done on 50 pre-treatment lateral cephalometric radiographs of subjects who reported to the postgraduate orthodontic clinic for orthodontic treatment over six month. Cephalometric tracings...........

Abstract: Vestibuloplasty is surgery performed to deepen a shallow vestibule and leads to increase of keratinised gingiva. Different vestibuloplasty techniques are used to deepen the shallow vestibule by modifying the soft tissue attachment. It may turn out to be essential when a rehabilitation of an edentulous patient with a removable denture is going to be done on an alveolar ridge with a poor height, compromising the optimal retention and stability of the denture. There are a variety of operative techniques used to achieve these goals, and each of them has advantages....
