Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of relationship marketing dimensions that consists of trust, commitment, communication and conflict management on customer loyalty. The approach used causality between variables with explanatory method. This research object was a Muslim entrepreneur to the target population are all entrepreneurs who have been successful in running their business, while the sampling method used non probability sampling, with sampling technique is incidental sampling of 160 respondents, however are worth further analysis was 158 respondents. Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to study the purchasing behavior of consumers for environmentally sustainable products using the Theory of Planned Behavior framework. It examines the determinants of purchasing intention for environmentally sustainable products which further leads to purchasing behavior. The data collected was analyzed with the help of Structural Equation Modeling. Subjective norms, Control on availability, Perceived consumer effectiveness and Attitude were found to have significant impact on purchase intention. Purchasing intention also affect purchasing behavior significantly. The study contributes in understanding the relative importance of determinants affecting the purchase intention for environmentally sustainable products.

Abstract: With the development of modern technology, people's way of life is changing day by day. These changes have also affected the way of shopping. Online shopping is taking place instead of traditional store shopping. In present study, it has been tried to find out the people's perception towards online shopping and to know whether consumers prefer online shopping or store shopping and why. The primary data for this research has been collected through a survey of 100 consumers of Kurukshetra by using questionnaire. This study used factor analysis to provide evidence that consumer perception toward online shopping had strong relationship based on consumers demographic. The results of the study supported that the customers perceive online shopping with positive frame of mind and show that the emergence of various factors pertaining to online shopping.

Abstract: This study focused on evaluating the roles played by healthcare management in meeting the National Core Standards (NCS), case study of a TB hospital. The study found that healthcare management functions in meeting the NCS are multifaceted and linked. Abstract: A metal processing organisation which has been in existence for over 50 years closed part of the production line and downsized its employees. The core objective of this research is to determine the impact of downsizing on employees who survived during this period. A quantitative methodology was adopted and a total of 150 questionnaires were distributed to the population sample and 143 responses were obtained, representing a 95% response rate. Abstract: The research was conducted in the Hypermart Manado Town Square (MANTOS), City of Manado, North Sulawesi. Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between Job stress, job satisfaction and job performance among the employees of IT organization. A sample of 238 employees was drawn from the population of 337employees using a structured questionnaire working in leading IT services organization of Particular district. The results of Multiple Regression Analysis have shown that family related stress, subordinate related stress, burn out related stress and personality based stress are found to be significant predictors of Organizational commitment and Continuance commitment play a vital role in Job Performance whereas Normative Commitment play a vital role in Job satisfaction.

Abstract: The main goal of the study is to investigate the impact of taxation on foreign direct investment in Nigeria from 1980 to 2015. The study utilized cointegration test, vector error correction model (VECM) and Pairwise Granger causality technique in the analysis.
