Abstract: Countries around the world - both developed and developing are in a bid to attract greater inflow of FDI into their economies and India is no exception to it. Indian governments of the present and the past have left no stone unturned in their attempt to attract greater FDI inflow into India.With the economic liberalization implemented in 1991 - since then India has seen dramatic change in the inflow of FDI in Industrial sectors (manufacturing) as well as service sectors but this has not given the edge in attracting more FDI despite skilled labour force, low labour cost, large market place and emerging middle class population. Abstract: A newer invention usually creates a mixed form of attitude among consumers, and the same followed for online shopping. This research paper aimed at unearthing the correlation among the influential factors, Price, Trust, Convenience and Experience, for measuring the attitude towards online shopping. Several papers documented and analyzed attitude towards online shopping, but more papers are needed to understand the behavioral pattern of the developing country consumer profile for this evolving phenomenon. Abstract: Corporate social responsibility has become an increasingly popular and contentious field of study since the 1970s. Corporate Social Reporting is a part of CSR, particularly new concept in the accounting profession. In today scenario, companies now become more sensitive and are aware of their roles and responsibilities towards the society and environment. CSR is the process by which an organization thinks about and evolves its relationships with stakeholders for the common good, and demonstrates its commitment in this regard by adoption of appropriate business processes and strategies. This paper is focused on Companies Act, 2013 & its provision on mandatory spending and disclosure of Corporate Social Reasonability activities.

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to examine the impact of accounting information systems on profitability level of small scale business. The major problem identified was that, most small scale business do not have accounting information systems which result into continues low performance levels. Descriptive method was used where qualitative data was collected. Secondary data was collected to analyze the impact of accounting information systems on profitability level of small scale business. Research findings revealed that most small scale business do not apply accounting information systems which results into low profits. In addition to that the findings show that there is a positive relationship between accounting information systems and profitability level of small scale business.........

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to test system quality, information quality, and service quality to user satisfaction. This study is a study of perception and causality. The design of this study is quantitative using descriptive analysis and regression. The research was conducted at an Indonesian manufacturing company. The questionnaire is used to collect the data. The population of this study are employees of ERP system users. There were 61 respondents, the census method was chosen to determine the population. The findings of this research are quality of ERP system, Information Quality of ERP system and Quality of service technician have an effect on system user satisfaction. The quality of service from the technicians can better satisfy the users of ERP system compared to system quality and information quality.

Abstract: This study aims to explain how the working ethos of fishing community in Bagan Kuala Village Tanjung Beringin District Serdang Bedagai Regency and the implementation of work ethos in the life of fisherman community in Bagan Kuala Village, Tanjung Beringin Sub-district, Serdang Bedagai Regency in improving the welfare of life.
