Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of H.R. practices on the Employee Attrition in Defence PSUs in India. Basically, Hiring Practices and Performance Appraisal & Training Practices are the two major aspects of the H.R. Practices that have been researched upon in this paper. This decision led to the entry of the private companies to Defence Sector and it also proved to be an end of monopoly of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). Now, the DPSUs are very much concerned about the employee switch over to the private companies - their competitors. The major research question was who is more likely to switch over, Junior / Middle Level Executives or Senior Level..........

Abstract: The study tries to estimate the existingawareness and understanding of the outlay and rewards of Eco-naturalfood across innumerate levels viz.generation, environmental, marketer, and consumer purchase dimensions. Eco-naturalfood shows many potential rewards that mainly include higher biodiversity and improved soil and water quality, enhanced profitability, and higher nutritional value as well as many potential outlay including lower yields and higher consumer prices. However, numerous important dimensions have high uncertainty, particularly the environmental performance when controlling for lower Eco-natural yields, but also yield stability, soil erosion, water use, and labor conditions. Study is an effort to identify conditions that influence the relative acceptance...........

Abstract: This paper examines the purview to which financial sector policies influencecommercial bank performance in Kenya. The banking environment in Kenya has, for the past decade, undergone many regulatory and financial reforms, such as capital adequacy, liquidity management, credit risk management and interest rate management policies to include risk and consumer protection. These reforms have brought about many structural changes in the sector and have also encouraged foreign banks to enter and expand their operations in the country. Kenya's financial sector is largely bank-based as the capital market is still considered narrow and shallow. Banks dominate the financial sector in Kenya and as such the process of financial intermediation in the country depends heavily on commercial banks. The performance of the banking industry in the Kenya improved tremendously........

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to test the predictive model of the influence of Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance (EP) with Employee Engagement (EE) as intervening variable. Surveys are conducted by researchers in order to find answers to corruption that undermine the performance of the organization. The population includes all employees working in organization X in 2016. The total number (107) is selected as a sample. For analysts Pearson correlation research results, multiple regression and path equation modeling techniques with software SPSS 19 with a confidence level of 95%. The results showed a significant relationship between OCB, CWB and EE on PE. It is evident that the greater the OCB, the more influential the EE is. The magnitude of the influence of OCB on EE indirectly also affect.........
