Abstract: This study is designed to examine and analyze the influence of market orientation, innovation, and entrepreneurial competence on competitiveness and performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of silk weaving industry in Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province (Indonesia). The populations in this study are 154 owners or managers of silk weaving industry in Wajo District, in which the return rate is 63.64%. The convenience sampling technique is used in which the number of the sample is 98 owners or managers. The results of the PLS Warp analysis which is 5.0 provide evidence that market orientation, innovation, and entrepreneurial competence affect competitiveness significantly. However, market orientation and innovation have no significant effect on SMEs performance. The high competence of entrepreneurs is proven to improve the performance of SMEs same with high competitiveness. sectors..

Abstract: Mobile phones have been one of the fastest household adoption rates of any technology in the world's modern history. In current highly competitive mobile phone market, manufacturers constantly fight to find additional competitive edge and differentiating elements to persuade consumers to select their brand instead of a competitor's. In this process many new smart phones have been introduced into market which made life easy and people are facing more difficulties while purchasing mobile phone. So people consider more factors according to their requirement while purchasing the mobile phones. Abstract: The brand awareness has turned into an important variable that has an impact on customer's perception of a brand. Achievement in brand management that comes out of understanding a brand image and loyalty correctly to create strong characteristics that influences a consumer's buying decisions. The things like brand awareness, brand loyalty, brand image, and consumer behavior help in winning the perception of a consumer towards a brand. The terms have different impact on defining the meaning of words in the perception of a consumer. According to academicians and practitioners brand image is a driving force of brand asset and brand performance to sustain in the market. There is a perfect relationship between brand image and brand equity from the perspective of customer equity. The strong brand gives the possibility to company for setting itself in the market avoiding the danger of competitive actions by other companies. Brand equity is a concept of eighties. It is an outcome of business strategies adopted by companies.

Abstract: After making a thorough review of literature the observation is that profitability of any firm has significant importance on working capital management of those particular firms which refers to the management of working capital, or to the management of current assets. A firm's working capital consists of its investments in current assets, which includes short-term assets—cash and bank balance, inventories, receivable and marketable securities. Firms can achieve optimal management of working capital by making the trade-off between profitability and liquidity. The profitability liquidity trade off is important because if working capital management is not given due considerations then the firms are likely to fail and face bankruptcy. Working capital management is one of the most important areas while making the comparisons of liquidity and profitability within the firms, involving the decision of the amount and composition of current assets and the financing of these assets. This study explores the impact of working capital management on the profitability of firms in the paint industry. The efficiency of working capital management can been measured by Inventory Turnover Period, Account Receivable Period, Days Payables Outstanding, Current Ratio and Quick assets ratio. Abstract: Value added statements are gaining importance in today's corporate world as another source of accounting disclosure of corporate results. In this study, value-added statements are prepared from the data obtained from the Volkswagen an international car manufacture industry . The study is based on the hypothesis that the concept of value-added statement is somehow integrated in the several areas of accounting of Volkswagen, a private sector organization. Efforts have been made to investigate the above hypothesis to establish a comprehensive overview of the different uses of the valueadded statements in various areas of accounting in the Volkswagen. In particular, the role of value-added statements in financial reporting and a critical analysis has been done. As an illustration, the value-added accounting for the past 5 years i.e. 2011-2015 of the VAS is presented. Gross value-added and net value-added is calculated by using multiple regression model. Value-added equation and compared graphically. Simple statistical tools are used for testing statistical significance of the data and for analysis. The study provides financial information in a better way and it is very much useful to judge the
performance and productivity of an enterprise for managerial decision-making.

Abstract: Moneylenders have always been known for explorative practices and prices in lending poor.They have strengthened since liberalization; their share in the decade following it has risen substantially.This study has designed to examine the role of informal credit in Guntur district. Specific objectives were to find out strength and weakness of money lenders/indigenous bankers. To evaluate the performance of money lenders andto study the impact of demographic factors on turnover of the business, customer base and its growth. The study conveniently sampled 249 respondents as questionnaires were used to collect the data. By using some statistical tools we found that there is a significant relation between the demographic factors and turnover of their business. The strengths of money lenders and indigenous bankers are capable of increasing their turnover and weakness of them are they unable to recover few loans i.e. they are having few bad debts. The performance of the money lenders and indigenous bankers are in increasing trend.

Abstract: The effect of forensic auditing on financial fraud itself comprises a large variety of activities and includes political corruption, bribery, employee fraud and business, consumer theft, network hacking, banking statements and divorce issues, and corporate identity theft. This paper discusses to establish the impact of forensic accounting services on fraud prevention and detection among banks, to develop process and procedures utilized to detect fraud, and to give appropriate suggestions for best practices of forensic auditing system.
