Abstract: This research seeks to integrate the relationship between customer perceived value, satisfaction, and E-WOM on customers who shop online in social media. The sample is determined by purposive sampling technique using certain consideration of 110 respondents. A questionnaire used to collect data using Likert scale 5 levels and then analyzed by using SEM analysis. The results showed a significant positive relationship between variables where the customer perceived value affects the satisfaction which further able to create a positive and significant E-WOM. The test results can be used as a reference in preparing an online marketing strategy (e-marketing) that is expected to change in the way of shopping among buyers, so it is expected to better ensure the trust between parties involved in the online transaction process.

Abstract: Brick making industry is one of the important industries in the unorganised sector mainly confined to rural and semi urban areas. The brick kiln sector is next to the agricultural sector in terms of employment to rural and semi urban workforce. It provides employment opportunities to both the local as well as migrant workers. Though the Kamrup (R) district is not industrially so developed, yet a good number of brick industries have been set up in different parts of the district. Therefore, in this paper, an attempt is made to study the employment absorption capacity of brick industry in Kamrup(R) district and also the income generating capacity of the industry to the workers.

Abstract: Derivatives play asignificant role in addressing the risk inborn in financial transactions. They can be used to hedge an existing market exposure (forwards), to obtain downside protection to an exposure even while retaining upside potential (options), to transform the nature of an exposure (swaps), and to obtain insurance against events such as default (credit derivatives). At the same time, derivatives involve incomprehension owning to the complexity of their valuation, design and risk implication. The Global Financial Crisis (2008) has spurned a large volume of literature laying much of the blame for the crisis on indiscriminate use of derivatives, pointing out the dangers integral to derivatives and emphasising the need for further regulation of the market. The OTC derivatives markets all over the world have shown tremendous growth in the recent years. OTC financial derivatives market in India has also grown, but by international standards the total size of the Indian OTC derivatives market still remains...........

Abstract: Growth is important and key to the survival of any business venture. Competition in a highly regulated and in depressed economy like Nigeria requires that businesses devise means that are capable of increasing its relative market share and profits. Abstract: India's economic growth has passed through four major phases over the past 60 years, and is now set to enter a new phase. Inclusive growth besides being the pillar of Eleventh and Twelfth Plan, it has raised a number of issues, particularly the definition of inclusive growth, its measurement and indicators. Actually Twelfth Plan Strategy is based on the outcome during the Eleventh Plan period particularly on poverty incidence and its implications for the Twelfth Plan strategy. As twelfth plan has just started, the analysis is based on the data prior to that i.e., eleventh plan period. It is in this context the paper aims at addressing some issues concerning the inclusive growth approach. Thus, it highlights the definition and concept of "inclusive growth", its characteristics and the challenges India is going to face in achieving "inclusive growth" in the real sense of the term. But it is difficult to assess performance on inclusiveness as it is a multidimensional concept and progress therefore needs to be assessed in many different dimensions.

Abstract: Many multinational companies manage their consumer perception through the country of brand origin in their promotion campaigns. This research tries to add subject to the literature of brand origin by trying to identify if consumers who are exposed to Japanese culture and consumers who are exposed to German culture through the means of language learning, internet, cultural events and work become factors that influence brand origin recognition and possess varying attitude towards other country brands. Abstract: Remittances, which were more than twice as the size of international aid flows to Sri Lanka are the main foreign exchange earnings. These funds have a major contribution to reduce severity of poverty. It is largely the local banks that are taking the lead in the remittance service market. Investing heavily in various remittance application technologies, credit cards, debit cards, Internet banking, and telebanking the local banks are surely changing the nature of the remittance market. Some banks offer a range of products to migrants including insurance and pre-departure loans at concessional rates to be repaid from remittance proceeds. Abstract: An Investment decisions is the most crucial challenge faced by investors. Behavioural Finance is an Art and Science both. It deals with the psychological and emotional phenomenon that influences investors to take rationally or irrationally investment decisions. The present paper helps to identify the Behavioural risk factors that lead investment biases. The study also helps to provide various strategies to mitigate Behavioural risk that affect investors in investment decision making process. For attaining the purpose of the present study secondary data is used to collect the information. Secondary data are collected from Newspapers, Articles, Journals, etc. From the past researches certain factors are identified to develop System Dynamic Model. The causal loop diagram and stock flow diagram is developed for the investors investment decisions. The psychological and emotional aspects effect on investment decisions. It was found that mostly investors are influenced by irrational decision which leads to the investment biases.

Abstract: The study assesses the complementarity of corporate governance guidelines in Zimbabwe and the Company' Act (Chapter 24:03). It centres on corporate governance in companies and how company law comes in. A survey was carried out on 28 entities using questionnaires and interviews. The majority of the respondents were not aware of the convergence of corporate governance principles and the law. According to the respondents there are gaps between the Companies Act (24:03) and the National Code of Corporate Governance (ZIMCODE). The research shows that the law has been used to punish those found on the wrong side of corporate governance to a greater extent.

Abstract: Bearings are essential components in mechanical systems involving relative motions. The purpose of using these mechanical devices is to minimize friction between rotating components. The industrialization has started with invention of the steam engine and currently the technology has advanced to the electrical devices. With the advancement in technologies, especially that of automobile industry, bearing design also needs to be changed to complement the new vehicle designs and new bearings need to be developed from the new designs. This entire process is quite time consuming but the same should be executed at a great pace to match the pace of changing market needs and wants. The critical issue is the excessive time being used for new product development. However, this issue can be addressed by adapting transition from sequential engineering to concurrent engineering at various stages of New Product Development; the article presents the concurrent tool design and development process..........
