Abstract: This study aims to provide empirical evidence that locus of control, work motivation, and work motivation affect employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. The subjects of this study were employees at PT Indra Karya Engineering Division 1 Malang, Malang City, East Java, Indonesia as many as 58 employees. The samples were all taken by census method because the population was below 100. The data used is in the form of primary data from the results of questionnaires distributed to respondents, while data analysis uses path analysis. The results showed that........
