Abstract: Talent management involves strategies to find, recruit, hire, train, motivate, and retain high-potential employees, who can contribute to a company's success. The IT sector particularly emphasizes providing a supportive workplace, encouraging independence, fostering open communication, and recognizing and rewarding hard work. Effective talent management practices can significantly impact organizational productivity and performance. This study focuses on talent management practices in the IT sector, analyzing how various strategies affect employee performance.
