Abstract: Esthetic smile play an important role in day to day life of patient. Any deformity in anterior teeth creates hindrance in social acceptance. Hence the main aim becomes to restore the deformity with apt color and shade matching with adjacent natural teeth.Tokuyama dental has introduced a new product, Omnichroma in market with extensive color matching ability. Omnichroma utilizes "Smart Chromatic Technology" by which it has ability to pick up color from surrounding while traditional composite take aid of pigment and dye. In this article esthetic rehabilitation of deformity in anterior teeth with Omnichroma is presented.

Abstract: Background: The yeasts are commensal in healthy humans and may cause systemic infection in immuno-compromised patients, due to their great adaptability to different host niches. The genus composed of a heterogeneous group of organisms, and approximately 17 different Candida species are found to be aetiological agents in human; however, more than 90% of invasive infections are caused by Candida albicans, Candida glabrata, Candida parapsilosis, Candida tropicalis and Candida krusei. Its progression results in invasive infections, which are a significant cause of morbidity & mortality. Also, increasing resistant to antifungal drugs has paved the path for in vitro laboratory tests of active plant ingredients that may aid the clinician in choosing an appropriate therapy........

Abstract: Background: This study compares endoscopic and microscopic tympanoplasty for the treatment of chronic otitis media (COM) without cholesteatoma. Conventional Microscopic Ear Surgery (MES) using a post-auricular approach remains the most common tympanoplasty technique. However, the evolution of endoscopes and other instruments has made Endoscopic Ear Surgery (EES) far more powerful, particularly in the management of ear disease. Trans canal Endoscopic Ear Surgery (TEES) permits wide-angle vision at a high resolution while enabling magnification of the structures of the middle ear as well as the direct visualization of hidden areas, such as the hypotympanum.........

Abstract: Introduction: Infertility affects approximately 10% to 15% of reproductive-aged couples. The number of good-quality oocytes remaining in the ovaries is referred to as ovarian reserve. As a woman ages, her ovarian reserve decreases, owing primarily to the apoptotic death of primordial follicles. Serum AMH levels are being investigated as a potential testing method for determining ovarian reserve. Other defining biomarkers of fertility include serum FSH, LH, and estradiol. The current study was designed to look for any possible link between patients' ages and these biomarkers. Aim of the study: The aim of the study was to determine the possible association between patients' age and Serum AMH with serum FSH, LH, Estradiol Methods: This cross-sectional observational.......

Abstract: Background: CHD is closely associated with T2DM. This strong relationship has been proved in different studies, beginning with the Framingham study. This study, after 20 years of surveillance, had shown a 2-fold to 3-fold increased risk of clinical atherosclerotic disease. The relative impact was greatest for intermittent claudication (IC) and congestive heart failure (CHF) and least for CHD. Objective :1. To study the prevalence of diastolic dysfunction in type 2 diabetes mellitus in normotensive patients. To study the correlation of the LVDD and long-term glycemic control using HbA1c. Methodology: The data for the purpose of the study was collected in a predesigned and pretested proforma which include various socioeconomic parameters like age & gender as well as clinical parameters based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.....

Abstract: Background: Cutaneous adverse drug reactions form a diverse spectrum which require prompt clinical recognition and early treatment initiation to reduce mortality and morbidity. Timely withdrawal of the offending drug plays a significant role in controlling these reactions. Various studies in literature have published different clinico- epidemiological data depending upon the geographical location of the study population. Through this study, we intend to evaluate the clinico-epidemiological factors pertaining to cutaneous adverse drug reactions in our region. Materials And Methods: This prospective observational study was conducted in a tertiary care Government General Hospital, Kurnool......

Abstract: BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE Gastrointestinal perforation is one of a common surgical condition presenting to emergency. Patients with gastric / duodenal perforations presents with varying stages of peritonitis and septicemia. These perforations require timely surgical management mostly by free or live Omental patch/plug closure and peritoneal lavage. Conventionally patients who are operated for gastric / duodenal perforations with omental patch closure will be kept nil by mouth for about 5-7 days.....

Abstract: Aim:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of the surface texture in the change of aesthetics on dental composite restorations when exposed to most common drinks. Materials and Methods:To conduct this study were made 54 composite resin discs (15 x 2 mm), shade A2.The materials used were microhybrid, nanohybrid and nanocomposite resin. Eighteen samples of each composite type were made, half polished and half non-polished. Red wine, coffee and distilled water (control group) was used as immersion media twice a day forfourteen days. The changes in aesthetic were followed with a spectrophotometer X-RITE RM 200 with three separate measurements. First measurement (baseline) after hydration period and prior first immersion......
