Abstract: Background: The AAST advocated for validation studies using this system to assess its applicability to EGS diseases and its predictive power for outcomes of patients presenting with these diseases. To date, there have been several validation studies. However laparoscopic cholecystectomy being a highly technical procedure can lead to dramatic complications in troublesome cases. So we take clinical, imaging, operative, and pathological details for study.......

Abstract: Sarcoidosis is a systemic granulomatous disease of unknown cause. The excavated pulmonary form is an atypical form of sarcoidosis because of its similarity to certain infectious diseases, notably tuberculosis, which is a source of confusion for the clinician and should lead to a search for differential diagnoses. The haematological manifestations of sarcoidosis are rare and may include haemolytic anaemia, leukopenia, eosinophilia and peripheral lymphopenia, but thrombocytopenia remains rare. The causes of thrombocytopenia in sarcoidosis have been identified by a few......

Abstract: This case study presents the clinical management of a patient with ischemia of the abdomen, a condition characterized by inadequate blood supply to the abdominal organs. This study is based on history of a patient 82 years female having RA, Hypertension, P arkinson disease. She started having stomach for one year with acute constipation and sometimes loose motion. She vomited black and was admitted in hospital. CT of whole abdomen revealed extensive atherosclerotic wall calcification in abdimeninal aorta and its branches causing significant luminal narrowing and involving the celiac and SMA ostium. This case study aims to provide insights into the assessment and management of abdominal ischemia and highlights the importance of a multidisciplinary approach in its diagnosis and treatment..

Abstract: ANNOTATION: At the current time, the issue of oncological alertness among dentists at the initial admission is becoming increasingly relevant. Neoplasms in the oral cavity are a seriously significant problem, largely due to the close location of anatomically significant structures. The main problem is based on the methods and methods of leveling these conditions through both surgical and conservative treatment, including the use of vitamin therapy. The purpose of this review is to summarize the existing data on the role of vitamin D in the treatment of oncological pathology of the oral cavity, as well as in its ability to have an inhibitory effect on their development...

Abstract: Résumé : L'hydatidose multiple est rare.

Abstract: Background: The method of denture disinfection can be done mechanically because it is easy to do and can cover the entire surface of the denture. Clorhexidine is a non-tradiotional denture disinfection and castor leaf extract (Ricinus communis) is a traditional disinfection that has been extensively studied at this time, casator leaves contain compounds that work as antimicrobials but it is possible that these ingredients can effect the mechanical properties of acrylic resin. Materials and Methods: The design of this study was a laboratory experimental design with a post test only design with a control group design. The........

Abstract: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has become the primary procedure for the majority of patients with benign gallbladder disease. The main objective of this study was to investigate the impact of gallbladder wall thickness on the outcomes of cholecystectomy, along with any associated intra or postoperative complications. This prospective clinical trial was conducted on patients undergoing cholecystectomy, either by open or laparoscopic method, at a single surgical unit in M.B. Govt. Hospital, Udaipur, during the period between January 2023 and June 2023. Before the cholecystectomy procedure, abdominal sonography was performed on all 50 patients. The surgeon re-confirmed the sonography findings in the operating room. Among the patients with cholecystolithiasis, 27 cases (54 %) underwent a straightforward and normal cholecystectomy, while the remaining 23 cases (46%) encountered difficult cholecystectomy.

Abstract: A 66-year-old man presented to our hospital with sudden onset double vision since one day. There was history of head injury followed with paralysis since 15 years. There had been no previous history of fever, cold, malaise, convulsions, or loss of consciousness. Ocular examination showed uncorrected visual acuity on the right eye was 6/60 with pinhole improving to 6/18 and on the left eye was 6/24 improving to 6/12 with pinhole. He had adduction paresis on his left eye, and right gaze-evoked nystagmus on his right eye. Vertical eye movement and convergence was unaffected. Patient.......

Abstract: Nowadays, aesthetic treatments are more and more in demand as people's concerns about their appearance, particularly in the dental industry, have grown. Various principles of a pleasing smile have been put forth by numerous authors, along with guidelines for the ideal structure of the face and teeth. Recently, ideas like Visagism have been combined with these parameters. It places emphasis on the individuality and beauty of each person. It is an art that focuses on developing a unique personal brand that is in tune with aesthetics and each person's personality and lifestyle.

Abstract: Labile blood products (LBP) are collected from voluntary donors through whole blood donations or apheresis techniques. The transfusion of these LBPs is a delicate and complex therapeutic procedure due to the nature of the products used and the vulnerability of the recipients. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that the appropriate product is administered to the specific patient at the right time. Thus, mastering the specific characteristics of LBPs, adhering to indications, and immunological safety measures are essential to ensure better therapeutic efficacy.
