Abstract: Asthma varies considerably across the life course. Childhood asthma severity is associated with duration of asthma symptoms, medication use, lung function, low socioeconomic status, racial/ethnic minorities, and a neutrophilic phenotype. Adult onset disease is associated with more respiratory symptoms and asthma medication use despite higher prebronchodilator FEV1/FVC. Abstract: The septate gallbladder is a rare affection with congenital or inflammatory origin. It may remain asymptomatic and be discovered incidentally by radiology, revealed by hepatic colic or complicated by cholecystitis. We report the case of a 56-year-old woman known to have a vesicular diaphragm, admitted to emergency with lithiasis cholecystitis and undergoing cholecystectomy. In this article, we discuss the clinical and ultrasound carecteristics of this pathology, while demonstrating the value of surgery before complications arise.

Abstract: Weber Christian disease (WCD) or idiopathic lobular panniculitis is a rare condition of unknown etiology, characterized by recurrent inflammation of subcutaneous adipose tissue, it mainly affects adults with female predominance [1]. WCD is a nonspecific clinical entity that remains a subject of debate and its evolution is unpredictable, it is a diagnosis of exclusion. It manifests clinically with recurrent fever outbreaks and painful subcutaneous nodules, systemic manifestations of WCD frequently affects the liver, bone, kidneys, sporadically serous, spleen and lungs.
