Abstract: The advancement of digital denture technology has revolutionized the field of prosthodontics, offering significant improvements over traditional methods. Digital dentures integrate digital design and manufacturing processes, enhancing precision, comfort, and efficiency. The workflow begins with the clinician taking either traditional impressions or digital scans of the patient's oral cavity. These impressions are converted into digital formats to create a 3D model of the patient's anatomy. Using specialized software, dental professionals design the dentures, customizing.......

Abstract: Background: Self-medication is defined as the use of drugs to treat self-diagnosed disorders or symptoms and may involve intermittent or continued use of a prescribed drug for chronic or recurrent disease or symptoms. This can mask the signs and symptoms of underlying disease, create drug resistance and delay diagnosis. There are also increased chances of illegal use of medicines and drug dependency.Self-medication is influenced by many factors such as age, sex, income, self-care orientation, education level, medical knowledge., access to drugs, and exposure to advertisements. Investigating self-medication among engineering students is important as they constitute.....

Abstract: Non celiac gluten Sensitivity (NCGS) is a largely ambiguous group of disorders with evolving epidemiology. According to the Oslo definition, NCGS consists of "a variety of immunological, morphological, or symptomatic manifestations that are precipitated by the ingestion of gluten in individuals in whom celiac disease has been excluded" [5]. It is characterised by both intestinal and extra intestinal symptoms. The pathophysiology of NCGS is still unclear. Some studies point towards a multifactorial etiopathogenesis of this clinical condition....

Abstract: Background: Breast cancer remains a significant global health concern, with substantial prevalence and mortality rates. Early detection through practices like breast self-examination (BSE) and clinical breast examination (CBE) significantly impacts prognosis. However, studies indicate deficiencies in knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) among various populations, including healthcare professionals. This research aimed to assess KAP regarding breast cancer among final year nursing students at Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College, Tamaka, and Kolar. Objectives:.....

Abstract: Aim: The aim of the study was to compare no distraction, audiovisual distraction, and interactive distraction techniques during RVG imaging systems in children between ages 4 – 6 years. Methods: The study was an observational study. The sample consisted of 60 children aged 4-6 years. They were divided into three groups, and they were randomly allocated to groups A- no Distraction technique (n = 20), B- audiovisual Distraction technique (n = 20), and C- interactive Distraction technique (n = 20). The child's anxiety was checked with the help of the FIS (Facial Image Scale). The anxiety were assessed before and after taking RVG in respective groups.....

Abstract: Background: Cervical lymphangioma in adults is a rare occurrence, with most cases seen in children under 2 years old. These benign lesions of the lymphatic system can be classified as simple, cavernous, or cystic hygromas. They may develop from the sequestration of lymphatic tissue from the primitive sac. Histopathological examination reveals massively dilated lymphatic spaces lined by epithelial cells and separated by connective tissue stroma with lymphoid aggregates. Case report: A 36-year-old male presented with a swelling in the left submandibular region that gradually progressed to a size of about 5 x 7 cm.....
