Abstract: Dentigerous cysts are common odontogenic cysts typically associated with the crown of an unerupted tooth. However, the presence of dilated odontoma within dentigerous cysts is relatively rare. This case report highlights a unique occurrence of a dentigerous cyst associated with a dilated odontoma in an 11-year-old male patient who initially presented with localized swelling on the left side of the lower jaw. CBCT imaging revealed a complex lesion. Odontoma and cyst.....

Abstract: Dental avulsions, complete dislocation of tooth from the socket, account for up to 3% of all dental injuries, most common in children between the ages of 8 and 11. Replantation is the treatment required, whose success depends on Extra alveolar time, storage media, Surface treatment of root surface of avulsed teeth prior to replantation. The case report describes avulsion of tooth 21, and delayed replantation of tooth after 60 minutes. The tooth was brought wrapped in handkerchief. After surface treatment with citric acid and fluoride the tooth was replanted. Ankylosis was not observed at 18 months follow-up.

Abstract: Osteochondromas are the most common benign bone tumors (accounting for 20–50% of all benign bone tumors). They are developmental malformations rather than true neoplasms and are thought to originate within the periosteum. They usually affect bones that develop by enchondral ossification and rarely originate from bones that develop by intramembranous ossification such as the scapula, pubic rami, clavicle, and ribs. Case report: A 13year old boy came with complaints of swelling since one month and pain since 15days in the left proximal tibia. After detailed clinical examination and relavent radiological investigations. excision and biopsy was performed.....

Abstract: Introduction: Middle ear diseases, such as acute otitis media (AOM), otitis media with effusion (OME), and chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM), are common in children under five years old. These conditions can lead to significant morbidity, including hearing impairment and developmental delays. This study aimed to evaluate the risk factors and diagnostic distribution of middle ear diseases in children under five years, highlighting the role of upper respiratory tract infections (URTI), adenoid hypertrophy, feeding practices, deviated nasal septum (DNS), and trauma....

Abstract: Von Recklinghausen disease (NF-1) - is a disorder that primarily affects cell growth in neural tissues. Neurofibromatosis 1 is an autosomal dominant disorder involving multiple systems involving benign tumors of nerves and skin along with bone deformities and ocular manifestations. Here we present two cases of NF-1 with different ocular presentation. Case 1. A 11 years old male child presented to OPD with swelling over right forearm measuring 4 × 5 cm and cafe-au-lait spots throughout the body . On slit lamp examination patient was found to have small multiple hypopigmented lesions........
