Abstract: Background: For individuals who have had enucleation, whether because of malignancy or trauma, using an ocular prosthesis is essential to enhancing their quality of life. Obviously, the primary goal of an ophthalmic patient is to ensure that eye prosthesis are used properly in order to increase patient trust. Shallow or constrictive eye sockets impede an opthalmic patient's ability to use ocular prosthesis. In the creation of ocular prostheses, iris coloration can be accomplished in a variety of ways, although it doesn't appear that natural stains like coffee have been utilized frequently. In.....

Abstract: The early diagnosis of an ectopic pregnancy, with the help of a transvaginal ultrasound (tvs) and serum Beta-hCG levels, has drawn our interest to a conservative management protocol. Ectopic pregnancies (EP) meeting the criteria for medical management can be treated with systemic methotrexate. This is emerging as a safe alternative to surgical treatment. The aim of my study was to investigate the effectiveness of systemic methotrexate in routine clinical practice and also to assess reproductive performance on follow up..

Abstract: Tooth resorption is a common outcome following injuries or irritation to the periodontal ligament and/or tooth pulp. The process of tooth resorption involves complex interactions among inflammatory cells, resorbing cells, and hard tissue structures. It is a pathological process involving the destruction of dental root structures, often due to trauma, orthodontic treatment, or inflammatory conditions. It can manifest in various forms, including external, internal, and replacement resorption, each with distinct etiologies and clinical implications. Early detection through radiographic.........

Abstract: To realign the tooth with its arch, it is necessary to provide the correct anatomical form and proximal connections. It stops additional issues with the tooth's position shifting, which lessens food impaction, interproximal caries, and periodontal issues. For the clinician, making the right contacts can be a very difficult procedure. The best contacts can be created using a variety of methods and supplies, such as retracting the gingiva to provide adequate access and visibility throughout the cavity and to provide the right shapes. Using matrices, wedges, Teflon tapes, etc., perfect connections are constructed. The current narrative review explains how to establish contact with the many matrices and wedges that are available.

Abstract: The dentistry has had access to rubber dam for more than 140 years. Over this time, rubber dam use has been refined, widely taught, and endorsed by organizations representing professionals. Unfortunately, many in the profession have rejected its consistent use. However, dentists do not frequently utilize rubber dam for root canal therapy. Its lack of utilization has been attributed to a number of baseless factors, such as patient acceptance issues, application time requirements, material and equipment costs, inadequate training, treatment fees that are low, and treatment difficulties. It has been demonstrated that not using rubber dam affects the choice of root canal irrigant, negatively affects the course of treatment, and puts the patient at danger of aspirating or swallowing debris....

Abstract: Background: Diabetes Mellitus has been associated with earlier onset and increased severity of urological disease that often result in depleting urological complication such as urinary incontinence. It's prevalence has been estimated about 25% & 87%, this is due to neurogenic bladder caused by nerve damage secondary to increase sugar level in blood result in urinary incontinence. Posterior tibial nerve L5-S3 fibers, origin from the same spinal segments at presynaptic innervation to bladder S2-S4. TTNS stimulate tibial nerve and send impulse to sacral plexus which is responsible for bladder function thereby incontinence will reduce. The objective of the study is to find the effectiveness of transcutaneous tibial nerve stimulation on urinary incontinence among individual with type II diabetes mellitus......
