Abstract: The Debonding Procedure In Orthodontics Is A Very Crucial Step In The Entire Treatment Plan As It Involves The Proper Removal Of The Attachment And All The Adhesive Resin From The Tooth Surface. Debonding Of Brackets Is Followed By Clean-Up Procedures To Remove Residual Composite. This Clean- Up Can Be Accomplished By Scraping Of The Remnant Adhesive With A Very Sharp-Edged Plier Or Scalers, Or By Use Of Burs. Therefore, The Purpose Of This Study Is To Analyse The Impact Of Adhesive Remnant Removal Using Burs Post Debonding Of Orthodontic Brackets On The Pulp. The Electronic Search Was Performed From 2000 To 2022 Producing......

Abstract: Autologous Platelet Concentrates (Apcs) Are Blood Derivatives Prepared From The Patient's Own Blood In Which The Activated Platelets Become Trapped Within A Fibrin Matrix Scaffold And Release Growth Factors And Cytokines Involved In The Key Processes Of Tissue Regeneration. The Forms Of Apc Include The Platelet-Rich Plasma (Prp), Platelet-Rich Fibrin (Prf) And Concentrated Growth Factor (Cgf). The Use Of Autologous Hematological Components Has Become A Highly Attractive Therapeutic Tool In Many Areas Of Medical And Dental Fields For The Past 2 Decades For The Treatment Of Various Debilitations. These Platelet Concentrates Have Shown To Be Of Great Promise In The Field Of Dentistry, Starting From Implantology, Sinus Lifting Procedures, Treating Of.......

Abstract: Background: Renal Stone Disease Is A Persistent Medical Disorder With A Recurrence Rate Of 50% And Consequently Has A Significant Influence On Health-Related Quality Of Life.Management Of Urolithiasis Ranges From Conservative Watchful Waiting To Traditional Open Surgical Procedure. In Between These Two, There Exist Spectrums Of Procedures, Which Include The Recently Developed Non-Invasive To Minimally Invasive Procedures. Now The Preferred Treatment Of Less Than 1 Cm Stone Is ESWL While Standard Of Care For Renal Stone More Than 2 Cm Is Standard PCNL But The Procedure Of Choice For 1 To 2 Cm Renal Stone Is Still A Subject Of Debate. Therefore, The Present Study Will Be Conducted To Compare The Stone Clearance And Complications Of ESWL.

Abstract: Most Cases Of Infectious Diarrhea Due To Staphylococcus Reported In The Literature Have Been Linked To A Risk Factor Such As Antibiotics. However, Since 1970, Cases Of Staphylococcus Aureus-Associated Enterocolitis Have Rarely Been Published. Here, We Report A Case Of A 42-Year-Old Man Who Had Acute Bloody Diarrhea Associated With Abdominal Pain And Altered General Condition. Radiological And Endoscopic Explorations Revealed Ulcerative Pancolitis And The Results Of The Stool Culture Were Positive For Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) And Negative For Clostridium Difficile. Empirical Antibiotic Therapy Was Initiated Including Ceftriaxone And Metronidazole And Then Replaced By Trimethoprim-Sulfamethoxazole.

Abstract: The Hydatid Cyst Is A Zoonosis Widespread Throughout The World, Is Endemic In Morocco. Its Complications Are Numerous And Include Those Related To Compression Of Adjacent Viscera, Infection Of The Cyst Contents Or Perforation. Fistulization Of The Hepatic Hydatid Cyst Into The Duodenum Is An Extremely Rare Complication Whose Diagnosis Is Difficult. We Report The Clinical Case Of A Spontaneous Fistiluzation Of The Hepatic Hydatid Cyst Into The Duodenum Revealed By A Digestive Haemorrhage, Through Which We Recall The Diagnostic Difficulties Of This Unusual Presentation As Well As The Therapeutic Modalities..

Abstract: Background: The Success Of Endodontic Therapy Depends On Major Factors Like Better Apical Sealing Property Of The Root Canal Sealer And A Highly Efficient Bonding Of The Sealer With Both The Root Canal Wall And The Core Filling Material. To Improve The Sealing Ability Of The Root Canal Sealers They Have Been Formulated To Use In Combination With A Bondable Core Filling Material That Might Fulfill The Ideal Requirements Of The Root Canal Sealers And The Core Filling Material. Since No Previous Studies Compare These Three Types Of Obturating Materials That Helps In Identifying The Material With The Least Microleakage Value By Evaluating Its Apical Sealing Ability.....
