Abstract: Background: Microorganisms Are The Etiologic Factor For Pulpal And Periradicular Diseases To Occur. However When The Infection Progresses It Leads To Necrosis And Apical Periodontitis Furthermore The Whole Root Canal Will Be Infected By Microorganisms. Complete Debridement And Reduction Of The Bacterial Infection From The Root Canal Space Is Necessary For Long-Term Success Of Endodontic Treatment. In Addition To Thorough Cleaning And Shaping, The Placement Of Intracanal Medicament Is Necessary To Prevent Secondary Infection Of The Root Canal. Abstract: Esthetic Rehabilitation Of Anterior Teeth Affected With Severe Early Childhood Caries Poses Challenges In Children. This Case Report Demonstrates The Effectiveness Of Using Customized Polymethyl Methacrylate (Pmma) Crowns To Restore Decayed Anterior Teeth In A 4-Year-Old Child. These Polymethyl Methacrylate Crowns Can Be Fabricated To The Desired Shape And Colour. Prior To Treatment, Radiographs And Intraoral Photographs Were Taken To Assess The Suitability Of The Chosen Approach. The Results Indicated That Customized Polymethyl Methacrylate Crowns Are A Viable Option For Restoring Deciduous Anterior Teeth, Offering Cost-Effectiveness And Reduced Chair Time Compared To Alternative Crown Options. Isolation Is Useful In Increased Salivation In Patient, Excessive Tongue Movements, Shorter Duration Of Treatment And Decreases Danger Of Aspiration Of Foreign Particles. It Is Convenient To The Operator Since It Improves Visibility & Properties Of Restorative Materials. Different Isolation Method Has Been Widely Used In Dental Restorative Treatments.
